“Clean and friendly”
Bed needs a bottom fitted sheet. Mattress was too hard. We didn't sleep very well, but the hotel and staff were quite nice.
“Not Impressed, too small and not updated”
This hotel was at the end of Vancouver Downtown and the area was not very nice. The room was very small and not updated at all. I would not stay here again. I would suggest to pay a little more to get a nicer room. The pictures on the website are way off.
“Good value!”
Very friendly and helpful staff, great location close to downtown core yet quite affordable. Small, quiet rooms, not fancy but more than adequate for getaway to Vancouver. Good value for the price.
“OK”
Reasonably priced with adequate facilities other than their buisness center is lacking.
“Nice, but has some flaws”
The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It was small and oddly shaped, but the floor to ceiling windows make it seem a bit bigger. We did have a problem with the heating system- it was very noisy, with a rattling sound, enough to disturb our sleep as it went on and off during the night. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The hot tub is outdoors- so we didn't use it as the outdoor temperature was in the 30's F, but it would be nice in warmer weather.
“Clean, well appointed, convenient, noisy ventilation”
Tucked away by the on ramp for Granvllle Street Bridge. Convenient access, free parking coupon makes it good value. You must remember to download and bring the coupon. Parking is crowded (small stalls and some people double parked, limiting the number of stalls available). Lobby and rooms both clean, but well designed and attractively decorated. Queen sized bed was a queen. Firm, but I like firm! Fan/heating system too noisy to sleep through. The window does open a crack so you can turn the ventilation off and still get some fresh air. Little traffic noise. Nice view of both Granville and Burrard street bridges. A short walk to more popular tourist places. Convenient both to stadium and to shopping areas.
“great staff and hotel”
Pleasant and friendly staff, great location (except the highway
“good value”
Nice lobby the room was a bit out dated but still a good hotel for the value
“very nice hotel”
Great room, a bit small but still nice. Fully stocked mini fridge. The bed was rather firm but not terrible. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Many locations within walking distance or having something delivered is an option as well.
“Bed comfort brings it down”
The hotel is definitly in a good location, walking distance to granville island and kits. It is basic though, no frills at all. The bed was very flimsy feeling, not soft at all. It felt like i was sleeping on a boxspring. I woke up with a bachache. The hotel is decent but I simply wont stay there again based on their beds. For approx 35 dollars more a night you can stay somewhere much nicer.
