“Friendly and helpful staff”

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Front desk even called the room shortly after I checked in to ensure the room was okay and if I needed anything. The jacuzzi tub was huge. Pillows were very soft and a bit lumpy. Better pillows or at least a few different ones would've made the stay almost perfect.

“Will not return”

No internet for entire 3 night stay, they said they were having problems. Had to pay $3 to print a Boarding Pass, absolutely unbelievable. No restaurant on Monday, and no coffee anywhere. No public meeting areas, lounges, etc. They call this the Executive Plaza, should be the Tourist Plaza, not set up for business purposes.

“Perfect for an overnight stay with free shuttle to and from the Port”

Just did a quick one nighter while travelling. Shuttle service was great, picked us up and dropped us off with no waiting. Hotel was clean, room was great, nice down comforters on the bed, flat screen TV, fridge, all we needed for the night. Went to Foggy Dew Irish Pub in the same building for appies and drink while watching the hockey game, excellent snacks and service. Will definately be back to this location next stop in Vancouver.

“Richmond BC's best hotel employees”

Here is a copy of the thank you letter I sent to hotel management. I recently travelled to Richmond, BC after an exhausting 4 hour cross Canada drive. I had some difficulty with Vancouver traffic as well as some difficulty locating the Richmond location of the hotel on my GPS. By the time I reached the front desk, I was quite flustered and doing my best to be cordial and positive. The person I was travelling with and myself were greeted by one of your employees (first name Eileen). She could clearly see the exhaustion in our faces and did her absolute best to cheer us up. In no time at all she had both of us laughing and quite recharged with her charm and graciousness. Throughout the duration of our stay, we encountered Eileen on duty and she continuously set the tone with her co-workers. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk was amazingly positive, courteous and helpful. I hope you appreciate the wonderful employees you have there as much as we came to. The only other employees we met were two ladies in the restaurant and one of the housekeeping people. Everyone was gracious and helpful, even though this particular weekend was extremely busy with some demanding customers and multiple events occurring at your facilities. I certainly hope to return there the next time I stay over for services at the airport.

“Great location.”

Standard room with updated furnishings; clean; friendly staff; parking was included; great location with easy access to airport and a local shopping mall. Would consider staying there again.

Our family visited the nearby Olympic Oval. We toured the Delta area -- drove across to Westham Island to visit the Reifel Bird Sanctuary; also visited a nearby winery and stopped at farm stands. Several miles of beaches nearby for hours of walking and swimming.

“Very nice place”

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice park across the street. Enjoyed walking around. Convenient to airport. Free shuttle.

Visit the historic Steveston Village. $2.50 by bus each way. Nice shops and restaurants.

“We didn't receive the room for which we pay.”

We booked one room with two qeen beds and we got a room with one king size bed for four people. When asked about an extra bed, they accomodated an unconfortable twin bed. In addition, after three requests the service was done at about 10 pm that day, . The information provided about the parking rules was not clear. We didn't received the parking permit to be displayed in the car, so we got a ticket. They kept the ticket in order to fix that situation.
