We stayed at Opus for the first time on September 17th. We arrived at 9am due to an early flight. The minute we pulled in front of the hotel the bellman was right there to greet us, and unload the car. We didn't expect our room to be ready, but it was, and we had been upgraded to a suite! The front desk staff were incredible, and welcomed us with a complimentary drink. The suite was beautiful, They had thought of every detail. A fully stocked mini bar, heated floors in the bathroom, iPads for use in the room, and bicycles to tour the city. When we checked out the bellman was loading our car. We had a small cooler, and he asked if he could get us ice for the cooler. We had never received that level of service at a hotel. We look forward to a future stay at Opus.
Great hotel - convenient to downtown Vancouver, blocks from Convention Centre. Excellent amenities - we stayed in a very comfortable suite. Very clean, very secure, staff knew us, very polite. Nice to have little things, like Keurig machine, with cups replaced daily. They even washed dishes that we happened to leave by the sink.

Only stayed one night, but would definitely return. Wonderful hotel with extremely attentive staff and a lovely welcoming room. We had a petite boutique room with a gas/electric fireplace, a well organized and spacious bathroom, and good seating. Internet worked very well. The Concierge and valet services were super.
