The bed was uncomfortable, mattress very poor. Not enough blankets for the chilly weather. I had to double over the bedspread to get a bit of extra warmth. Pillows also ne replacing.

This property needs a complete renovation. It is located near the ocean but looks as though it has not had work done on it in twenty years. I would suggest bringing in someone to completely renovate it from top to bottom or tear it down and start again, as the location is great. A good.remodeling would make it a cosy accomodation.

Great value - if you just need a place to stay one night. Walkable to dining as well as Boundary Bay regional park. Room was clean, but in need of updating and a few repairs. Bed comfortable, but light on in parking area shines through the blinds so room not totally dark. Easy drive to ferry terminal.

Sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We had some change over with our front desk staff and we are working with our staff to help them be more understanding for better customer service and will have these minor issues resolved soon.

No frills, no hairdryer, plugs dont work, light bulbs out, not enough hot water for a bath even though there is a jacuzzi tub, bed on a slant, Just old... but good location. 2 star

Property was old and needed a lot of repairs and modernization. Area was quiet and close to the ferry otherwise I would not have stayed there. Very poor wifi!

Owners were very accommodating as I was looking for a place to stay due to delayed flights and massive snow storm. It was late at night and they made arrangements for me to get into my room. Room was clean, functional and near the ferries.

Dear Shawn,Our sincere apologies. We try and make sure these incidents do not happen. However, since our systems are not in constant sync with booking and expedia sometimes reservations come in at the same time due to an environmental issue and these situations overbookings do tend to happen. Old ratty chain for security to the door a fly could bust through it, holes in the ceiling, mold all around the bathtub ( I wouldn't even shower in this filth!) When plans changed I checked out at 8:30 am, the front office no one was to be found, sent an Email to state I would not need the site for the other two days, was Told "Sorry you have to give 24 hours to cancel the next day stay" IF plans had not changed I would have asked for another room, I always give any site a second chance> WILL NOT recommend this place and will never ever be back
