I will start this review by saying the front staff was very helpful & friendly. I booked this room two weeks prior to our visit and was called four days ahead to find that my room (with a kitchenette) wasn’t available and we’d be moved to one with the same sized bed, but at the same price ($173 after taxes). That was a disappointment, but I stuck with it since it was prepaid.
The room itself was fairly clean, but we could hear any and all sounds from the neighbors on either side.
The Wi-Fi was off and on the evening we were there, but was out the entire following day even after I made a call in about it (we left a few hours later, so I imagine it was fixed after we’d left).
There was a loud banging sound in the early hours of the morning that reset all of the electronics, which apparently happens “twice a day”. It was at this point that I noticed the Wi-Fi wasn’t working.
The gym, which was advertised as one of the main amenities, was basically a closet with a treadmill, elliptical, some weighs and a small bench. On the tv, there wasn’t much of a guide and everything was in fuzzy, standard definition instead of HD.
