“Lovely hotel in fantastic location.”

A lovely 4 star hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bed was a little hard and the bathroom door was see-through but no big deal for us. The hotel is in a fantastic location and all of the main sights were within easy walking distance. You can jump on the Metro from the airport to Colon and then the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk away. The port area is really nice, lovely beach. You can walk all along the old river bed from the city centre to the port past the City of Arts and Sciences, takes about an hour but is lovely. You can have a look around the bull ring for free, interesting stuff. The Illy coffee place about 2 doors down from the hotel offers coffee, orange juice and toast/croissant for €3 and the pizza place opposite the hotel is nice. But there are loads of nice restaurants around and it is much cheaper than other major Spanish cities like Barcelona because it is less touristy. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

“Terrible stay.”

I was initially given a room in the first floor, facing the main road which was so noisy and badly insulated that so could hear people's conversation. I requested a room in a higher floor but I was told that they had nothing above the second floor (this was not true, as my partner complained later that evening and he was offered a room in the 5th). I had to settle for a room facing the smaller road which had very little natural light and was two doors away from the cleaners' room so I was awaken early every morning by their conversation and laughs and I had to negotiate my way out of the corridor as cleaning trolleys and buckets where left just in from of my room. The room itself was tiny and the shower head is the worst I've seen, the size of a hot dog. and finally, let me mention that the bathroom door is transparent so If your partner is trying to figure out where to put his clothes (the wardrobe space is inexistent) he'll alarmingly see you sitting on the toilet doing your business. I'll never go back and I could not recommended it.

“Excellent hotel in Valencia!”

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff is very knowledgable and helpful. I also liked the rooms very much; they were furnished very elegantly and were quite big-a major luxury for European hotels. The cable internet was not working but it was OK since Starbucks was next door and you could get a wireless code with your coffee.

“A great hotel”

we stayed here for one night and had a great time. The hotel is very well laid out / decorated and we felt we were staying in a far posher hotel than we really were! It is really well located to enjoy all Valencia has to offer - only down side is the hotel car park - a very tight access lift and we were hit with a large bill for one night's use! there is a public car park at the end of the road that we will use next time we stay here.

“Great location”

The hotel is well-placed and the staff were charming, but it suffers from being over-designed but not well-detailed. The bathroom's glass walls had too much transparency for any sort of privacy, and as I was sharing with a friend, this led to some awkwardness. With a partner this might be more attractive! The lighting system is over-complicated and though the rooms were small, they were comfortable. The best thing is the location, handy for the old town and right beside the shops.

“Doorzichtige raam/gordijn bad/toilet kamer”

Fantastisch Hotel, We hadden de 1ste dag een vrij donkere kamer, die we verwisseld hebben voor een kamer op de 3e etage. Was goed! Een minpunt van de kamers: badkamer met toilet heeft geen privacy. In het slaapgedeelte kan men zonder veel moeite de douche/toilet bewegingen (ondanks een gordijn) volgen. Zeer, zeer ongemakkelijk.!!!!!!!!!! Als ze dit niet oplossen een rede om niet meer voor dit hotel te kiezen !!!!

“Vincci Palace : voor herhaling vatbaar”

Het hotel ligt vlak bij de metro (halte Alameda). In de nabije omgeving veel leuke restaurantjes. Het oude centrum is op loopafstand. Het hotel ziet er prachtig uit. De badkamer is bijzonder ruim en de kamer beschikt naast de airconditioning over een klein balkonnetje. Grootste pre: de goede bedden!
