Room was very clean and the property was quiet, we haven't heard any other guests form next rooms. Staff was very friendly, it's very convenient that you can rent a bike from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty but they can offer wider choice of hams and cheese.

Cosy and warm Hotel. Malcolm + Barrett
I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. All staff were fantastic from receptionists to Bar and catering staff, Cleaning staff. Excellent menu and Buffet Breakfast. Hotel is well located near bus and metro routes. Loads to do in Valencia. Eventhough it was December the weather was lovely up to 23 degrees. Taxi booked by Hotel is 20 eur to Airport.

Unimpressed & disappointed. Meant to have a queen size bed, but the bed was more like a single. Was given a voucher for a welcome drink but not able to use it. First night I thought I would try the restaurant was there early (for Spain), probably around 6:30 to 7:00, a waitress told me to “sit anywhere” as the restaurant was only 20% full. Ten minutes later while waiting to be served was told I couldn’t sit where I was and I must move. I was asked to sit in the back of the empty restaurant. So, I ended up having a really nice meal at a local restaurant. The next night I had plans but after dinner thought I would give them a second chance and have a (after dinner) drink at the bar. Ordered a beer and was told I could not use my welcome drink voucher as it had to be used earlier in the night only, not a welcoming gesture at all. Very small room. Hotel is a long way from old town area - a good 30-40 minute walk walk.

Really friendly staff and clean facility. The room was a bit noisy during the day since the hotel is located next to a fairly busy avenue. Breakfast was varied and had good quality food. I’d stay there again.

All of the front counter staff were amazing! So friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Easily accessible location by car, and about 35 minute walk to the Central Market through the very vibrant Russafa neighbourhood.

Great friendly staff. Taxi from airport thru hotel 20euro. Laundry facilities only 5 minutes away. Great location if you don't mind a walk about 30mins into town. But there is a bus. Hotel was spacious and comfortable.

The reception desk is overlooked because it seems that its parr of the bar section. It would be best to have clerk welcome customers and ask if they are checking-in.

Friendly people, great breakfast. Room’s are small, our room was small but only gor sleep is enough. Walk distance to the old city centre. Bus also almost in the front. Bus to the beach 50 min.

Great place to stay for families with small kids. There is a small playroom. The food at the hotel restaurant is also great. We were able to find free street parking just outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel, classy, contemporary decor. Short walk from the centre but still good location. Helpful, friendly staff. Room was very clean and cosy.

Very nice hotel but it is a long way from anywhere. A good 30 minute walk to the city and at least an hour walk to the beach.

The staff tried to accommodate my needs, such as a plug adapter or use of their freezer for medicine storage, but actual room was located on a separate building next door, and our room was actually a basement with windows with minimal lighting, windows were so high up, we could not see anything outside. I wish this had been disclosed in advance.

The Hotel is a very comfortable run by pleasant and obliging staff . Dealing with difficult times during Covid . Would highly recommend staying here . Thank you for a lovely stay we will be back . Amazing value for a city hotel.

Nice hotel in a strange area
The hotel is nice. Just the area is a bit dodgy. If you just look for a place to sleep then cool! Or else better somewhere more centric.
