Kids and adults making a lot of noise running in the hallways until 10 PM. Well I was trying to sleep. I called the hotel receptionist but nothing was done.

It is great location to stay for traveling to Granada from Barcelona. It is near a big mall and many place to eat. The breakfast included is excellent comparing other hotels.

Pleasant stay, staff are helpful and place is kept tidy. Room sizes are pretty generous. Only issue was that, although requested, we were unable to get a room with double bed. There is a shopping mall within 5 mins walk which is open late. Plenty of dining options in the mall.

The hotel is absolutely fine if you want a night’s stay close to the airport, so it met our needs perfectly. I would not choose the hotel for any other reason. There isn’t a shuttle or nearby public transportation to the airport or town, so taking a cab is necessary. The surrounding area is dingy and the hotel is clean but doesn’t have much else to offer.

Good value. Love the free breakfast, that had quite a bit of variety. Friendly and helpful staff. While the washrooms were small, they had bidets and great water pressure in the showers. The rooms were also quite small (based on North American standards) and the AC was useless. The only other issue was the hallway noise (not the hotel's fault, just inconsiderate people).
