Sound travels badly between apartments, particularly scraping of furniture and loud foot noise from heeled shoes. Soft pads on chairs & tables would help. There was no information on how to use any equipment - Induction hob was a mystery so we could not use it and Induction frying pans were filthy. An information pack would be useful. Fridge opened the wrong way to reach from the kitchen! No bread knife or corkscrew(!) was provided. An intro pack of tea, coffee sugar and milk sachets would have been appreciated. No drawer space so we had to leave clothes in suitcases. Shower was very dark with a rainfall overhead, plus handheld head which only pointed at the door, making showering without getting hair wet very tricky. Shower caps would be useful! 'Bedside' lights very bright as in ceiling, Reading impossible without disturbing my partner. Cleaners were good.

Poor all around hotel
Bad company. Poor staff. Nothing works. No iron, safe not working, poor Internet. Only one towel over a 3 days stay. If you want another you have to pay 3 euros. Reception staff were quite rude too. I do not recommend this place at all.

Very good, shame about the noisy neighbours!
Great location, lovely apartment, and easy virtual check in. Kitchen could have done with a proper cooker vs the microwave oven. Only real issue was we had noisy neighbours, who got drunk and were shouting randomly throughout the evening

Excellent value in the Old Town
A well located block in a quiet street close to all the sights of the Old Town. The rooms are not well soundproofed but our bedroom was tucked away and we were not disturbed. Air con very welcome given the heat of summer. It is not brilliantly well equipped but has all the basics you need and a Carrefour express close by for supplies. We needed help to work out the perculator as there is no coffee machine! The bed was hard but with the topper we found in a cupboard it was comfortable enough. Room cleaned and linen changed regularly. All in all a good experience and we'd go back again.

I booked the room at the last minute. I showed up at noon and even though check in was at 3 p.m. the room was ready so they let me check in early. The bedroom has lots of storage space and includes a mattress for the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was very clean. Staff was very friendly and walked me through check out. The kitchen was well equipped and they even provide laundry soap. The a/c worked great and you can adjust the digital thermostat. The only small issue I have is the smell of cigarette smoke from the a/c vent inside the room. While this is a non-smoking room, I suspect their HBAC exhausts and vents are all interconnected. The other minor inconvenience is that the office was not open when I checked out at 10:40 a.m. so so cannot leave my luggage. But this is a courtesy service so I don’t ding them for it.

The people working the front desk(s) of this property were *exceedingly* helpful, and they were more than willing to work with visitors whose spanish was awful like mine. The hotel/apartment was plenty spacious for a single traveler like myself, and while it was a little difficult to find the building the first time, the desk workers were capable and willing to guide me right to it. Excellent experience overall.

I liked it.
After a bad start due to the neighbouring apartment making a lot of noise having a techno rave party for six hours I had a good stay. I complained about this through a check-in review and fortunately it was read and I was moved to a new room by the manager personally. The apartment walls are very thin with every sound can be heard throughout the building, it is down to luck if to weather you are put next to someone noisy. Everything else was great. Would stay again.

Well appointed apartment with good amenities.
Apartment was in a great position for exploring the city. Very clean with frequent changes of towels. No staff at reception during our stay. Would have been good to have some face to face contact. Noise of scraping of furniture, doors closing and footsteps could be annoying. Marble floors!! Simple pads on chairs would have made a difference especially early morning. Overall to be recommended however. Handy for local restaurants and mini market opening this weekend!!

I will never return to this property again. Their lack of proper communication and rudeness in terrible. At check in, they did not have my reservation and had to call them. At check out, there was no one and I called reception and they said to rudely leave keys even though it is not listed anywhere. There 5 floors and you have figure out which is your room place. The noise was so loud it was very difficult to sleep between the people outside our door at all hours and the bars/restaurants outside. During my morning shower, after just 5-8 minutes there was no more hot water. I had to rinse my shampooed hair in cold water. I requested via expedia if there were luggage storage and they failed to respond. I would have choosen a different place if I knew that they did not. I lost 1/2 day of sightseeing. The laundry room is a joke. The washing machine would not open so I put in $3 put in my clothes and it asked for $3 more ! What!!! When I asked for refund Caroline told me to read the instructions for detergent which is totally different than what I asked for? Dryer sucked too. I put in $3 for 1 load of laundry and the close was still damp. I had to hang them all over the place to dry which by morning of check was still damp. I will have to do more laundry on my vacation because their machines sucks. I paid $9 for a load of laundry that was still damp. If you want a good night sleep go somewhere else.

Recommend it for a fair price and a great location
This hotel was very clean and in a great location. I am a female solo traveler, and I felt safe there. I had to work a little bit on my computer, and the wifi worked well. The only problem I had was the lady working in the office. She was not very helpful. I only saw the office open one time during the three days I was there.

Very clean and comfortable, great location in city center. Difficult getting in, especially if your cellphone is not working in Spain. I had a big patio, well worth the slight upgrade.

A little complicated to get to because it’s in the old/historical part of town. The GPS won’t lead you to the right place. But once you are there, it is such a good location. We were only there for a night and we were right in the middle of what you want to see. Very clean and practical place to stay, very modern.

Great locale, but soundproofing was pretty non existent between us and the apartment next door. Could hear most of their noise. We heard the lift everytime it came up. But the apartment was super clean and modern. The bed was only a 5ft and we are used to a much larger bed, so a bit tight. Due to noise, i wouldnt stay again, but lication is great.

A perfect 5-day vacation in Valencia
The location is the best! Five minutes to all major sights in the old town, plus easy access to all other important locations in Valencia. And, despite being in the heart of the old town, the street is quiet. Lots of good restaurants around.

Great apartment in a great location
Nice no-frills apartment in a great location at a very fair price. Highly recommended. Only two negatives are that staff is not onsite 24/7 and the WiFi is slow. Would definitely stay here again.

Very rude people
The staff are very rude and unprofessional. I put the sign outside my room don't disturb and one of the come to my room without nocking the door. My check out time 11:00 and I check out 14:00. And they charge me 30 euro. It's mean they charge me 10 euro for one hours.

Best location and apt is in great condition. Kitchen has all the pots, dishes, utensils as well as micro, dishwasher, fridge, water boiler. Cleaning is done every other day. I always get quick replies over email. Check in w the kiosk is a breeze. I'd give a 10 star.

We were cold in our apartment, the water for the shower was also cold at times- hot water wasn’t reliable. I think there needs to be a staff presence- we barely clapped eyes on any staff during our 3 night stay. It didn’t feel personable in any way. Yes you could ring staff to summon assistance but I would have preferred to see someone. Provisions in the apartment were basic- no touches, like a bottle of water, washing up liquid, just nothing- it felt very sparse. The good thing about it was it’s location.

Great location with excellent services This is a self service location when you check in via a kiosk and all instruction have given via email upon your booking I faced some challenge during self checkin but have got prompt support via call and email from the great service staff . The apartment was very modern, clean and cozy with a great shower and good toiletries. I particularly liked the induction cooktop. The location was fantastic as it was a short walk to most attractions in the old city. The self serve system for getting keys was new to me so it took a couple of chats with the live help, available at the press of a button, to complete. However, the helper was terrific and spoke excellent English. Remember to take your passport and credit card with you for check in! Parking in the below ground garage was tight but doable with a midsize car. You drive into a lift that carries you down to the parking area. The lift is accessed by your room key. All in all a delightful, affordable, option in a beautiful city. We hope to stay there again.

Magnificent. Cleanest, shiniest most pristine place I ever stayed. Really comfy and spacious, everything worked perfectly, can’t fault it. Read the email they send you so you understand how check in works, it’s simple so long as you do this. Location could not be more central, loved it.

We visited Valencia to attend the Tomatina and only stayed in the room for 2 nights (arriving late Tuesday and leaving early morning on Thursday) The apartments were clean and we furnished and centrally located. It worked well for our visit.

Leisure trip. Fantastic location. Would stay here again. Check in was via mobile port so not necessary for a receptionist to let you in to get your key. The key is dispensed out of a machine. My only hiccup was that they weren’t able to give me late checkout (checkout is at noon) and there’s not a receptionist 24 hours so can’t storage your luggage past a specific time (if I remember it was 1700 hours). I asked weeks prior to booking For late checkout. I even reminded the day prior. Then on my day of checkout Housekeeping entered my apartment and into my bedroom where I wasn’t decently dressed at 12:11 hours. I was NOT happy. The lady proceeded to stand over my bed and Try to talk to me. I notified front desk and they apologized and said my late checkout can be one extra hour. Customer service gentleman was very kind. He printed my flight ticket as well. I would definitely stay here again without any expectation of a late checkout regardless of your request. Bed was very comfortable and the location even though it’s in the city center it’s not too noisy. It’s only a couple moments walk to Starbucks and the hop on point for the sightseeing tourist bus. Also there is a lift to take you to room. AC works. Key card to get into building. WiFi works amazing.

First class accommodation
Modern, comfortable, excellently located flat with a very spacious balcony. Perfect for exploring the city centre and handily located to get the bus to the beaches. Despite some comments on expedia the automated check in was straight forward as long as you have your passport.

No lobby for paying guests
There was reception office usually closed and not open 10-6 Pm as here was information, they opened office 3 Pm, Angry worker from same company's another building came and said there is no possibility to stay at lobby she was very angry. She said she call to police and started threatening even this attitude was not necessary it surprise me. Cleaners told me first it's possible to stay at the lobby until 2Pm and I was only checking timetables and then another worker came and told not possible to be at the lobby. Worker didn't believe that cleaners opened the door to me, cleaners didn't know the lobby's door have to be closed. The door was locked and they open it only for luggage room but after checkout no key to building. Angry worker said they has a lobby in another building and I gone there but there was no table only chairs. The meeting room was locked and empty and worker said can't go there, so there was also no possibility to get table for checking timetables. After checkout there is not any possibility to stay at this hotel's lobby and worker got angry. I wonder why they has lobby even it is not for guests. I saw new guests sitting on street and waiting to get into later. She was behaving like a was a terrible person when asked lobby for a short time. Here is not everyday flight+train connections and guests should get lobby. I think it's not too much to ask for a lobby with one table but it was. I was first time visiting Valencia.

Dear Susanna, As I explined you in our las private converstation, the common area is only available when the customer service is open, if not only staff can access to this area, this is the reason why you couldn't stay inside. Our staff kindly offered you to stay in the other building which has free Wi-Fi access and a comfortable area to stay. Regarding the lobby information in our web pages, we have checked them and I am sorry to tell you that there is no information about a lobby area in Gascons building. Nice modern central appartment.
We stayed11 days in this very nice appartment located in the middle of the old town of Valencia. Five min work from the Central Market and plenty of restaurants just outside the door. Kitchen was smal but functional with dishwasher. Bathroom nice and everything clean. Wifi had good covery all over. We felt home and will book the same place next time in Valencia.
