“not impressed”

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in October. The staff was not helpful in any way. I am clearly pregnant and while my husband was parking the car (a 10 minute walk away and not linked to hotel in any way for a better rate) I asked for a cart to help with the luggage, the desk clerk said they didn't have one and went back on the computer while I stood there with the luggage. The room was okay, not the cleanest or nicest, on the dingy side. Also it was very loud, granted it was halloween, so it is understandable, but at 7 in the morning, the partying is still going on outside the window, which we had closed, but could still hear the singing and yelling that went on throughout the night. The location is great for getting around the city, loved Valencia, just not this hotel.

“Niche hotel in Valencia”

Great place, very modern, yet cozy. At the edge of the old town, so everything within walking distance. A/C works great for a hot Spanish summer. Only drawback was the Spanish channels only on TV. WiFI works though. Restaurant on top of the hotel is great for romantic dinner. Museums, restaurants and grocery stores within minutes from the place.

“A little gem”

I was really impressed with this small hotel. The location is excellent on the edge of the barrio del Carmen and yet strangely peaceful. The rooms are great and the rates I got unbeatable. But the best thing about it was the helpful and friendly front desk staff who answered all my queries with efficiency (not always the case in Spain) and genuine interest. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast hours, only until 11 am on Sunday, in Valencia where you hit the clubs at 3 am!!

“Valencia is een veelzijdige stad”

Mooi eigentijds hotel, dicht bij historisch stadscentrum, met mooi uitzicht op de Turiatuinen. Spijtig genoeg aan een drukke verkeersader die rustig slapen belette. Het (te) duur ontbijt, niet in de kamerprijs begrepen, was zijn prijs niet waard. Voor amper de helft van de prijs hadden we een beter ontbijt in het nabije stadscentrum .

“Goed en lekker modern hotel - Prima Service”

Was hier slechts 1 nacht maar heb geen enkele reden tot klagen. Prima bedden, geen last gehad van lawaai, en leuk geholpen bij de receptie. Kun je gerust doen. Meer dan basic voor een basic prijs.
