The property was ok. The rooms were very nice but you can tell that a majority of the money went into the renovation of the rooms. Around the property and outside the rooms were a little worn. Breakfast was definitely horrible and customer service was non-existent.

Carpet was so dirty scary to walk on without footwear. Beds and bedding questionable, whether they were clean, slept in traveling clothes. Room humid, smelled like mildew, possible black mold on the blinds. Dehumidifier did not work. My son became ill after are time there...really a gross place.

This was a stop on a trip to Florida with my sons. The room was small (as was the bathroom) but it was clean and convenient and I felt safe. We slept well and got up to complete our trip the next morning. It is a hotel that is more budget friendly, so I wouldn’t expect anything fancy but it was exactly what we needed

This hotel was one of the more reasonable options in the area with reviews that weren't all negative. Overall, the hotel is good. Our room was clean, smelled good and the staff was kind. They do NOT have an elevator, so stairs is the only option. Breakfast was provided, small, but filled us up.

I rarely write reviews but do find them to be helpful, and I appreciate the reviews other people take time to share. This hotel is obviously a budget hotel but I feel that it deserves 5 stars in that category. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of our room, significantly cleaner than more pricey hotels we’ve stayed at recently. The room was on the smaller side but there was plenty of space for a pack n play crib. Our room had a nice refrigerator and microwave, both in fine condition. The breakfast was plentiful which was a surprise with a full parking lot. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our room was quiet and we slept well in the comfortable and clean beds. My one piece of advice that I will also do next visit is to bring painters tape to block the hallway light along the door frame. I prefer sleeping in pitch darkness. Thank you to the owners and staff of this nice hotel!

The new female clerk was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The guy helping or training her was rude. He told me to put a shirt on and I had just left the pool area to get a drink from his little store. The room needed repair but I was not told before I rented and had to bring to his attention. The food biscuits were crunchy and hard and eggs and sausage were like warm at best. Milk was expired by 5 days but they did not remove it. I would have given them one star if it hadn’t been for the so nice lady that checked us in

Our pool has been closed, and we enforce a dress code for the comfort and safety of all guests. Our team works hard to maintain high standards, including promptly addressing any maintenance concerns. Our breakfast items are regularly checked for quality, and the milk's expiration date is well within the acceptable range. We value your input and hope to provide a better experience in the future. The hotel And Room were clean. The staff was amazing. So friendly and fun after being on the road for 10 hours. I did not get the names of the two ladies that checked us in but they were so welcoming, helpful and fun! Breakfast was really good too!

There was no housekeeping service until you stayed for 3 days. There was one small waste basket for the whole room which was not adequate for a 3-night stay. We asked housekeeping for trash removal and towels after night 2 and they said they would but did not provide service. I took the trash to the kitchen area up front and informed the front desk. they apologized but did not provide clean Towles. After the 3rd night of our 5-night stay, they did empty the trash and change the sheets and the towels, but the floors were not cleaned, or bathroom swept. The toilet barley flushed, and you could see the scratch marks from snaking. The bathtub/shower popped and creaked with every step, SO LOUD! I'm sure you could hear it outside the room and upstairs. First and last stay at a Baymont by Windham. We are not picky people. Honest review. Just poor service and facilities.

Spotted a roach in our room then in the common areas as we immediately checked out and didn’t stay. There were several dehumidifiers and air purifying machines in the hallway and in the room. Red flags.

This hotel is located quite close to I75. We were initially given the room closest to the highway and asked to be moved to the other end of the hotel. Which the staff kindly did & I felt terribly having to ask. The room was great however it had an adjoining door and someone was given the room next to us. It felt like we were sleeping in the same room as these 2 people. So if your ears work, avoid this hotel.

This hotel doesn’t have an elevator which we don’t know prior to booking. That said the staff was so helpful and helped me get my mom and dad’s bags up the staircase. Such nice people and would stay again at this location.

The stay was just what we wanted an inexpensive clean room for short over night stay while driving to Florida. I put 3 stars as the property is very average but also just fine for a short stay. Most of the nicer hotels wanted twice the price and we just wanted to set in at 9 at night and leave early in the morning. The beds were just fine for our purpose.

The location is great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Requested room was still not cleaned and ready at 430pm. Found the housekeeping staff in a loud argument with each other. We were assigned a substitute room by a noisy exterior door. The room was missing its microwave oven and chair. The tv was small, old and having a dim screen. Room was more like a jail cell. No decor attempt. No window valance. No wall art. Austere white bed coverings only.

Too close to traffic….noisy Breakfast area too small…crowded Raisin Bran was good…no fruit! Food was gone by 8am Had to carry your luggage up a long staircase. The Baymont in Corbin Ky was much better and cheaper too. Good that we booked in advance …no Vacancy sign posted.

The owners are new so these are just a few observations: Breakfast was so-so. Refrigerator was out of order so cream cheese, butter, milk was all sitting out. Waffle batter was watery and looked rancid. Orange juice was an imitation, like Tang. The little “shop” area needs some personal toiletries like Tylenol or a toothbrush. One last thing…Our room smelled musty; it was stuffy and hot because the air was not circulating. It took almost 2 hours before the wall unit made a difference.

Overall it was a decent place to stay. Upside was good location off the interstate, clean, comfortable bed, good shower. Downside was bathroom sink was cracked ( but not leaking), coffee pot in the room was missing part to hold the coffee packet, no coffee cups in the lobby (they did bring more out later), we wanted to watch the NFL playoffs but the stations were not available even though the tv listings said said it should have been available. Good thing I have YouTube TV and could watch the games on my iPad. So basically most of the more important things are goodish. But the details of the stay was underwhelming.

I want to preface by saying I have never asked to change rooms before. In my first room, the toilet would not flush at all. Front desk employee was very helpful and got me another room. In the second room, the shower door was stuck open, so you’d flood the bathroom if you used the shower. There was a pervasive smell of mildew through the wing where the second room was located.
