“Great reasonably priced hotel in Zermatt!”
Finding a reasonably priced hotel in Zermatt is a challenge and this one is a great option. The rooms are small, but not the smallest I've seen in Europe. Ours Was a very decent size, but they gave us one of the bigger rooms as we were staying for 5 nights. The bathroom was very modern and nice and the beds comfortable. Staff was very helpful, breakfast - included in the room price - very good, and the rooftop deck with a view of Matterhorn a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine. Would definitely recommed this hotel.
“Great Hotel with Extremely Friendly Staff and Awesome Fresh Breakfasts”
Great Hotel. Just randomly picked it from reading reviews. First trip to Europe. I would recommend staying at this hotel in zermatt.
“Perfect, not so little, hotel”
This hotel is perfect. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station....up a side street with not a lot of traffic. The room was not small. Actually this is the biggest room we had in Europe. The elevator up to the room was small but that was all. The breakfast was very good. The person at the front desk was nice and helpful. The view from the roof is pretty neat....we went up just to check it out....then we turned around and saw the Matterhorn. The price was great....the room was great. I would definitely stay here again.
“Zermatt's little secret”
Great little hotel. Very warm greeting and very helpful staff. Brit was especially good at pointing us in the direction of good activities. Rooms are small, but have everything you need to make your stay pleasureable. The breakfast is top notch and really gives the nutrition needed for a long day on the slopes. Would definitely stay again!
“Extremely Small Room”
The hotel location is ok, cabs charge 17 CHF to get to the hotel from the train station. The room was clean, but extremely small. I thought the Manhattan (New York) hotels have smallest rooms, but the room we stayed in this hotel was even smaller. There was literally (yes literally) no place to open any of our suitcases other than the top of the bed.
