Never Again
This hotel was so disgusting that I never took my shoes off once. Unfortunately, it was the only place available. Almost $50 euros for a cab from CDG airport.

We stayed on the first floor. The walls are very thin. Unfortunately, the staff was up talking to each other all night which kept up awake. Maybe if we were on another floor we would have been able to sleep...

Absolutely displeased with the quality of the room and services. At least one expects a decent and tidy room with clean bed spread and duvet;alas that was the situation during my stay. To add injury to insult, the hotel was carrying out a renovation in one of the rooms and there was so much noise coming from the carpentary works;gosh it was a complete nightmare! The location is fantastic but in terms of hotel facilities,room services etc its a big NO for me.

I scheduled two two night stays. I was unable to use second stay due to a health issue and lost entire two night stay deposit/room fee. My advice do not save ten dollars for the nonrefundable rate. Its not worth losing the total cost which was 150.00 dollars. Hotel was fine for short stay on way to destination.

Very good and affordable
More hotels should be like this. Inexpensive (for the cost-conscious businessman or holiday-maker), everything that you need rather that everything that you don't! Convenient, free wi-fi, very helpful and friendly staff in reception and at breakfast. Could maybe do with an extra pillow and new carpets in halways.I recommend this hotel and would definitely use again.

Loved it!!!
The staff were amazing,loved it. Very freindly and polite. I cant wait to visit france again and for me its defos balladins! Location is lovely..i would recommend it..well i cant wait to go again.

I came at the hotel in the night, the door was closed and there was a machine where you can put the reservation number, but it couldn't recognise the number, so I had to go and look for another hotel, I left them the printed reservation with my meaning about their service. never again.

la qualité du service
Pour des raisons personnelles j'ai été soulagé d'être seule pendant quelques jours dans cet hôtel ça m'a permis d'être au calme Le seul bémol est que le premier jour que je suis arrivé il yavai beaucoup de bruit car apparemment des clients avaient loué la salle de la direction et je ne pouvais pas dormir c'est tt mais sinon rien d'autre

un peu bruyant avec les avions, hotel un peu vieillissant (lavabo, fenetre non étanche, vieux radiateur grille pain qui s'arrete de chauffer si on depasse la moitié du thermostat alors qu'il y a -3 dehors ! !) sinon pour le prix c'est correct. les services et l'acceuil sont trés bien. parking pratique. j'ai passé une bonne nuit.

Vecchio e poco curato
L'albergo si trova in uma zona alla periferia nord di Parigi tra le meno rassicuramti. La cosa che ha colpito di piu' me e mia moglie e' la bruttezza delle camere: vecchie e sciatte. Bagni vecchi ed in resina come quelli delle navi di cinquant'anni fa, moquette vecchia e macchiata di tutto il possibile immaginabile. Le coperte erano sporche e piene di peli e capelli. Mia moglie voleva andar via subito: il guaio era che mi hanno fatto pagare tutto il soggiorno al mio arrivo in hotel. In parole povere non lo consiglierei a nessuno e non ci tornerei per nessun motivo.

El personal muy atento, diligente. Las camas son pequeñas y en general la habitación muy estrecha Durante la noche en la almohada o mi mano encendía la luz de la habitación, lo cual me despertaba (mala ubicación del apagador y parece estar en mal estado por lo sensible) El lugar limpio y ordenado La relación calidad precio es OK
