The pools were not heated during our stay (winter), the amenities are ok. The parking was good but there needs to be more control of who is parking because there were cars parked taking up two space for more than a day and some did not have the authorization paper in the window.

Vail spa is in a quieter area of Vail which is relaxing. We enjoyed the spa, pool and coffee bar. It was also nice to have complimentary umbrellas to use. We found the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the beds in our condo were far from comfortable. And the appliances and decor of the condo left us feeling like we had traveled back in time to 1980’s.

Condo had everything we needed was very clean and very roomy. Decor was very dated (but I actually enjoyed LOL) water temperature in shower would vary greatly if someone was using the other shower or flushed.

Great place!
Friendly front desk. Spacious two bedroom condo. Great location. Free parking. Great amenities including two swimming pools and a workout center. Three minute walk to Lionshead.

Vail spa has spacious condos and a nice pool area. The front desk staff were super friendly. We went over a very hot weekend with a room that faces west. Afternoons were miserably hot and proximity to 70

Thank you for the kind review. It was exceptionally hot that week. We do have a few residences that have A/C and we work with an outside company that can bring in portable A/C machines for an additional fee. We hope that you are able to stay with us again in the future.

Access to the town bus....no one was here so did not have to vie for access to the jacuzzi, workout room, etc. Loved the response of the staff. Went above and beyond.

Spacious rooms and easy access to town!
Wonderful stay! Very spacious, easy access to anywhere in vail via shuttle or driving. Parking and check in was a breeze. Love the indoor and outdoor pools.

Our fifth floor unit had no air conditioning and so we had to keep the windows open. However, across the little street is a Marriott which has a VERY loud HVAC complex on their roof. We had a VERY hard time sleeping with this noise and would have left after Day 1 except Vail was booked solid. Unit itself is comfortable if very dated, could use some minor maintenance.

Great facility and location.
The property is lovely with plenty of space to spread out and very safety conscious. Many of the “spa” services and facilities are closed right now, which I didn’t see disclosed on their listing - would be helpful to know. However, it was only the indoor facilities and the exterior ones are open and no problem to enjoy. None of their units have air conditioning (common in Colorado). In July/Aug it gets warm and their units tend not too cool down as easily if you just open the doors as windows as many of the other properties we have stayed in - I assume it’s due to the unit layouts. But we had fans in our unit and used them. Overall a very nice property.

Happy Times at the Vail Spa Condominiums
I loved the place. Enough that I will come back without a doubt. It was a much better experience than I had over in Vail Village a few years ago in a similar condo situation. The cleaning service was above expectations. While the place has a lack of cool air in the summer, they do supply lots of fans and this is a typical issues in Vail where many places just didn't want to install A/C/ when built. Great pool and hot tub arrangement in and outdoor each. This was a hugely needed reprieve from the check-in and out every other day. Kitchen set up was great as well. I am looking forward to coming back to the Vail Spa Condominiums. Being a 5 minute walk to the Gondola and shops/spots around it comes with advantages too.

Great stay with exception of housekeeping
The only negative thing was housekeeping missed our condo in the first day so I had to ask for extra towels. When they came back the second day the lady couldn’t speak English well so she must’ve thought we said not to clean the condo.

Great place for a family stay
The staff was great. We originally were initially placed into a room with no A.C., but upon asking the the front desk, they were very accommodative and placed us into a room that had A.C. and an even better view (that was of the mountain, and it was great). Nice gym, good pool, quiet building, and very convenient area. Great condos for a family stay on vacation or business.

The room was great. The hotel however has certainly three-star facilities. It is also located very close to the highway so there is a lot of road noise.

Moms weekend
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful as we had a late check in. The pools and hot tubs were clean and relaxing! We enjoyed how close this is to everything. Great views!

Great Vail Condo
We really loved staying in this condo - it was spacious, great location and the staff was really friendly. I would absolutely suggest it to anyone interested in hanging out in Vail!

When we checked in the room was really stuffy and very hot. We were on the third floor facing west the sun was heating up the room. No air conditioning in the room. Was told to just keep the windows open but next to the highway and the traffic was so loud could not even watch tv. Inches of dust on blinds. Bed was in front of door to deck so could not open door to cool off room. Tv in bedroom did not work. Room so hot could not be in room in the afternoon and early evening.

Great location, clean, and easy to park!
Clean and spacious rooms, accomodating staff, the only problem is no AC so the windows need to be open at night and there is a lot of highway noise (even though it's not that close to the highway, it must be an acoustic thing) so bring a fan for some white noise to drown out sound of traffic! We stayed there when we were visiting Vail for knee surgery and it worked out great. Close to hospital/PT and easy parking. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks.

Vail Spa Condos
We stayed in a luxurious 3 bedroom condo over Labor Day weekend. We were impressed with the quality of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, the beds and linens were very comfortable and the location was right on the shuttle stop. The only negative was how close to the highway the condo was, but than again everything in Vail is right off the freeway. I'd highly recommend staying at the Vail Spa. Lori and Jeff were extremely helpful and made our stay very pleasant.
