I've enjoyed all my stays at Falcon Point and will continue to prioritize my future stays here. The rooms and amenities are always clean and well taken care of. That's before we get to the fact it's a family atmosphere, where the people I've met are always a joy to speak with and learn about. I can't wait for my next stay in a little less than 2 weeks!

Falcon Point is a clean, quiet, and friendly place with easy access to free local buses connecting to Beaver Creek, Vail, and local shopping/restaurants. Great front desk staff, and tremendous value in an otherwise overpriced resort environment.

We love the location, price & ease to jump on a shuttle to go ski. But the hot tubs are horrible! Last year we stayed there and one of the hot tubs wasnt working...didnt think much of it then until we arrived this year with the same hot tub STILL not working & to top it off the other one had something wrong with the jets! The worker at the front desk wasnt very receptive to helping get it fixed either. She gave the excuse that theres no one around to fix it but she put a call in. BTW- It was never fixed while we were there...maybe next year they will be?

Pleasant stay
Nice place, clean, room has kitchenette, good for a small family or bunch of friends who don't mind sharing close quarters. There's also a workout room and pool and hottub. The hottub was a bit dirty. Otherwise, everything was good. Oh, no housekeeping service on Saturdays(???). Not sure why. I was just a single traveler, so it wasn't a big issue, but this seems odd.

It is spacious and very reasonably priced in the heart of Avon. Staff was wonderful, including providing helpful information about the resort, transportation and local interests. Clean and comfortable lodgings located next to the park and walking distance to restaurants and other shopping. This was a far better option than a cramped hotel room. Only additional item would be providing floating lounges for the pool.

All the comfort you want.
We rented a studio, which was adequate for two. It was on the second floor toward the back. Very quiet and clean. The underground parking was nice in the hot days of July. Nice Continental breakfast on Saturdays and a barbecue on Mondays was nice. Nice pool, but no shade over the pool although nice, shady seating areas nearby. Close to bus stops, next to Huntington Park. Lovely location. They even have a ceiling fan and an extra box fan in the closet for warm nights.

Great property. Well maintained. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Location is ideal for getting around Summit County. Many amenities on and around the property. We would visit another time!

We recently stayed here this past weekend and we had a great time. The place is clean and the staff is very nice. Danielle and Clay were amazing with giving us information about how to get around and upcoming events. I would highly recommend anyone visiting this area to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The property still cleans your room unlike some other properties. In addition, the property is focused on a friendly environment that allows you to get rest if needed or head out to Vail. Great place if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing environment.

Sparse Parking! Potential Tenants Beware!
The property was nice enough but the parking was TERRIBLE! We were aware that we had 1 parking space but the first night we checked in there was nowhere to park. We called the emergency number and the general manager "Lisa" instructed us to park in the EV charging station. It was so tight in the full underground parking structure it took 20 minutes to squeeze into the EV space. On a nightly basis we came back to the property after 10:00 pm and parking was consistently sparse. In speaking to Lisa her explanation was that people from surrounding complexes park in the Falcon Point lot. We had to jockey for a parking space on a nightly basis. Unacceptable! No permanent solution was mentioned. The room was clean and spacious and the grounds were nice but housekeeping was terrible. We scheduled 3 times for towels, sheet changes and trash pick up and they never came. I would not stay at this property again unless the parking situation was remedied. Buyers beware!

Vale ski trip - Avon city, great stay.
This hotel was less than 15 minutes from Vale Ski Resort. It was a perfect location at lower altitude. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Things that would make our stay even better would include; (1) having reserved ski storage rack per unit as advertised. We were told that all ski storage racks were full (2) 1 of 2 washing machines and dryer were working. (3) Shower head was spraying water sideways. But overall great location and stay and front desk staff were friendly.

A supremely welcoming and professional front desk staff, solid amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and quiet location with easy public transportation around Avon and to/from Beaver Creek and Vail make Falcon Point a great value.
