5/5 Excellent
"Excellent, except not walkable to anything. If you dont have a car there is only the restaurant onsite. I arrived late and hungry, the restaurant was closed. No snack machine. I had breakfast the next day burn't hash browns and very greasy bacon. They must have a different cook at night because dinner was outstanding. Recommend this hotel if you have a car and don't eat breakfast there."
"Excellent place to stay for a family and pet owners. The breakfast was very good and there were plenty of choices. There is house keeping on request which is nice not to have someone bothering you in the morning. The only negative I have to say is that the hot tub needs maintenance as only a few of the jets were working and there were gaps in the masonry.
Everything you want to see is easily accessible through the nearby 89a. "

"Quality hotel conveniently located near uptown Sedona. The room was very clean, the bed and bed sheets were very comfortable. The room had enough space to settle in and not feel cramped. The shower was clean, but definitely not the best in terms of size or temperature control. We had a deluxe king size room with a courtyard Mountain View. Not much of a Mountain View, but it was nice having the balcony to site on. I especially liked the fact they had live music and fire pits outside. We could sit on the balcony and watch. It also wasn’t too loud, which was nice. Overall I’d recommend a stay here for convenient location, good facilities, and good amenities."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Cedars! The pictures really don’t do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept our room was. The view from our room and the pool is absolutely incredible! We would definitely stay here again! "
"Enchantment resort did not disappoint. The location is breathtaking and convenience to hiking trails is excellent. Our only compliant was the service at the restaurants - it was extremely slow. The food at the more formal option was not good. The spa is incredible. "
"The grounds were beautiful. The facility was quiet. The food (we had breakfast there most days) was delicious. We were most impressed, however, by the staff. Extremely friendly and courteous and accommodating. In particular, the restaurant hostess, Lily, was exceptionally nice. The parking attendant / shuttle driver, Natalie, was extremely personable, a genuine delight, and has god taste in music. All the staff at the check-in desk at the lobby, including Adam and Jordan, were wonderfully friendly and helpful. There was also an exceptional job done by the room cleaning staff, especially the unnamed person who cleaned our room after our second night there.
The reasons for the slight issue with property condition and facilities were as follows. The door to the outdoor shower was jammed, there was a very slight spider web above the bath tub, and one of the sinks drained slowly. All of these issues were taken care of immediately by staff and were not major problems or inconveniences , it is just that the expectation was that there would not be any issues if any kind. All who took care of these things were friendly, efficient, and prompt. Again, kudos for a great staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. "
