It is difficult to judge as most facilities were closed for COVID, and the reception was often not manned. I mainly spoke to the cleaner, who was very pleasant.

Near A3 & Continental Arena
This is a great property, just off the Autobahn, near the university and close to downtown. The pool is very good, spa-like. At check in there was no receptionist on Boxing Day and because I had no wifi, the email for an entry code to obtain a key was not received until after we had checked in. It was not a problem, just a 5 - 10 minute delay. Hotel was really good overall, good value. Pleasant staff.

Indoor heated swimming pool was a very nice facility but the location of the hotel meant it was a drive into the city centre. The rooms here are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped but we felt the whole place is ready for a bit of an upgrade. Nothing major, just attention to detail. It had a "feel" like it was best suited to old people on coach trips. I don't want to do this place down because it's certainly a decent enough place at a very good price, but a bot of a re-vamp could make this a very good stop-off on a tour of the region or for anyone heading to Austria and beyond.

Ok out of town hotel. Does the basics well and well used by those who want an hotel near the motorway. Staff try hard, had dinner there it was decidedly average, yet inexpensive all things considered. Breakfast at 7€ was again reasonably priced and more than adequate for most people.

THIS IS A SMALL,FREINDLY,NEAT HAPPY HOTEL. IT IS VERY NEAR THE REGENSBURG UNIVERSITY AND THE UNIVERSITY CLINIC.THE SMALLISH RESTAURANT IS GOOD, AND THE STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.IWILL RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY AND WOULD LIKE TO VISIT AGAIN.

A big piece of glass was next to the bed on the floor when we first checked in. Clearly the room had not been vacuumed. Then we found tiny little glass shards all over the floor. When we talked to the hotel manager he just shrugged his shoulders and send over the janitor who vacuumed the floors. But no apologies, no acknowledgement. This I would have expected from a one star hotel, not from a three star. The sauna did not work, neither did the whirlpool. Am I surprised that the restaurant was closed, too? And the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. So finally we had to take a cab to go downtown and get some food. For that money I could have stayed in a four star hotel downtown. They also charged us extra for the child's bed, but when we made the reservation, we thought that the total price already included the third bed (and thus the higher hotel price for the remote location). It clearly stated that the room was non-smoking, but when we entered we noticed a heavy smoke and had to leave the window open for several hours. All in all, a very unpleasant stay.

Ok- not much choice in the area.
hotel is quite dated. It's family run and the service is not so efficient. Carpet in the room was a little 'sticky' under foot. Also, all windows were open so it was freezing when I arrived (11pm in the middle of November). Swimming pool is small but OK. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel for the price. Went for the Dult, was a decent cab ride away, but it's impossible to complain about anything with the great rates, service, and rooms. Will stay again next time I'm in Regensburg.

Nice, clean, functional rooms at a decent price. Easy bus ride into the city ( number 6 ) but center of Regensburg not really walkable, so maybe have to take a taxi back ( around 10 euros ) if a bit late. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

We rated the condition of the hotel as 4 because it was undergoing renovation, improving the lift service, etc. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with excellent English. They are more than willing to be of service. They even sell reading glasses and umbrellas at reception. Parking is exceptionally wonderful - there are many spaces that are easy to navigate. Breakfast had a suprising variety of choices - something for everyone. We enjoyed dining on the patio which was lovely. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and safe. Our only complaint was there was light mold on the shower door seals; some people might not even find that a problem, but I'm a neat freak so I found fault. Please note that not all rooms have AC, so inquire before booking.

Roligt og fint hotel lidt væk fra centrum
Vi var i Regensburg en weekend for at tage gode billeder til en bog om udvalgte byer. Ved ankomst virkede den tildelte kode til nøgleboks ikke, men ejeren kom straks på løbehjul og fiksede vores indtjekning. Værelset var fint og rent, dog lidt for sterilt. Der manglede farve og pynt, hvilket er eneste minus ved opholdet. Fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet, med gode hygiejniske forhold i en coronatid. Fint service, god beliggenhed med busstoppested i nærheden, så man ikke behøvede bil for at komme downtown. Gratis parkering på egen parkeringsplads! Ejeren oplyste, at forretningsfolk var vendt tilbage i hverdagen, mens det stadigvæk var ret tomt i weekenden. Hotellet har fortjent fuld belægning. Der er installeret klimavenligt varmeanlæg En virkelig fin base til en succesrig tur i det dejligste sommervejr.

An der Sauberkeit muss man noch arbeiten
Ansicht ein gutes Hotel. Bin zum zweiten mal hiergewesen. Leider hat die Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Bad, zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Hier waren sowohl auf dem Fußboden als auch in der Dusche aber auch im Schlafraum und in den Sesseln überall schwarze Lange Haare.... Da muss mehr drauf geachtet werden, insbesondere zu diesen Zeiten.....
