Very friendly staff and able to accommodate transfers great breakfast; proximity to beach and Bella Italia village; bikes; rooms small- typical for lignano; not too many electrical outlets ; air conditioning was good for first few days but didn’t work last day; WiFi great near central modem but weak in my room

Nice hotel 50 yards from the beach
Small family hotel with very friendly accommodating staff. Rooms are rather very but very clean, nice walking balcony, free parking was important to us because we travel by car, free umbrellas and chairs at the beach, breakfast included in nice outside terrace. 10 minutes pleasant walk to the center and major promenade with hundreds restaurants for every taste. We had marvelous stay in Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Posizione ottimale per la vicinanza alla spiaggia, con lettini e ombrellone inclusi nella camera, gradita anche l’area per cani con spiaggia libera o a pagamento con zona recintata. Camera un po’ trascurata con evidente bisogno di manutenzione. Personale dell’hotel gentile e disponibile, pietanze nella media, parcheggio un po’ limitato con i posti. Da rivedere e specificare in caso di prenotazione online i costi nascosti come i supplementi per non fare brutte sorprese al cliente al momento del check out.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Freundliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bedienung. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Abwechslungsreiches 3 Gänge Abendmenü. Sehr gute Lage für den Badestrand. Schirm mit Liegen inbegriffen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde auch sehr sauber geputzt und wir bekamen täglich neue Handtücher. Der Kellner beim Frühstück war nicht recht begeistert, dass wir erst um halb 10 kamen, obwohl es bis 10 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Das Frühstück selber war sehr überschaubar und dürftig, bei den Duschen ist es vom Vorteil , wenn Mann schlank ist, der Fön sofern das so bezeichnen kann, stammt aus den 80 igern, allgemein verdient dieses Hotel keine 4 Sterne.

Hat alles wundebar gepasst: gutes Essen, gleich am Strand, das Personal war hilfsbereit, …. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, wir würden wieder kommen. Einziges Manko: Die Duschkabine war wohl nicht mal einen Quadratmeter groß.

Bel hotel situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia che é compresa nel costo della camera ! I proprietari sono molto disponibili ed accoglienti ! Ed il personale é cordiale e gentile ! Soprattutto la signora delle pulizie che é avvenuta ad acccertarsi che non ci mancasse niente !

Posizione vicina al mare e servizi spiaggia compresi nel prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia camere ok. Servizio cucina mancante di organizzazione ed esperienza. Cucina (colazione e cena) non consoni ad un hotel 4 stelle. Box doccia un po piccolo e aria condizionata in camera non funzionante. Anche phon in bagno non funzionante.

Speisen Qualität, Menüzusammenstellung mit einheitlichen Beilagen, Frühstücksbuffet mit nur 2 Wurst - und einer Käsesorte , Tischdecke nicht gewechselt, alles zusammen ist es für ein 4* Hotel ( siehe Eingangstafel ) nicht zu akzeptieren Dieses Hotel ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen

di passaggio a Lignano una sola notte, ho trovato i gestori molto gentili che mi hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il mio soggiorno. La camera pulita con balcone. Anche la colazione ben organizzata. E' prevista, gratuitamente, la possibilità di riservare ombrellone e sdraio nella spiaggia distante appena 100 metri, che per motivi di tempo non ho potuto sfruttare. Considerando che l'hotel Salus è tra i più economici del luogo, il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo è ottimo

Laut Expedia war der Check-Out um 11 Uhr. Da wir früher weg wollten sind wir um 10:00 schon an der Rezeption gestanden zum auschecken. Die Dame dort sah uns entsetzt an und wackelte mit dem Kopf. "Wir warten auf ihr Zimmer!". Auf meine Frage Warum antwortete sie "Gäste sind seit 8 Uhr hier und warten". Warum der Gast um 8 Uhr anreist, obwohl der Checkin um 14:00 beginnt, war mir nicht klar. Die Situation war somit sehr angespannt. Da uns am Balkon bei einem kleinen Unfall ein Mini-Plastiktisch kaputt ging, wollte ich dies melden. Bei erklären des Vorfalls kam auch ein anderer Angestellter oder der Chef dazu. Dieser rannte sofort in das Zimmer und holte den Tisch. Die italienischen Worte, welche aus seinem Mund kamen waren vermutlich keine netten. Die Dame sah sich den Tisch kurz an und forderte sofort 20€ (der Tisch war bereits beschädigt und sehr klein). Da alles sehr mühsam war, bezahlte ich dies. Rechnung gab es jedoch keine. Daraufhin wurden dann unsere Reisepässe ausgehändigt, ohne ein Wort. Als wir die Rezeption verließen, hörte man nur italienische Worte der Angestellten, welche sich nicht nett anhörten. Ohne Verabschiedung verließen wir das Hotel.

Nur 2 Minuten vom Strand, die Liegen und Sonnenschirm sind im Zimmerpreis inkludiert. Wir konnten direkt im Hotel im Schatten parken.

Vi havde én overnatning på dette familiedrevet hotel. Super hyggelig stemning og et meget imødekommende og serviceminded personale, som virkelig gjorde en dyd ud af, at man følte sig godt tilpas. Et hotel som varmt kan anbefales.

Una bella settimana a Lignano Sabbiadoro
Ho passato la prima settimana d settembre all' Hotel Salus .La posizione a 30 metri dalla spiaggia, personale gentile e molto disponibile. Camera sempre pulita,cucina diversa ogni sera e molto buona. Due sdraio con ombrellone in spiaggia a mia disposizione tutta settimana e biciclette da usare a piacere tutti i giorni.

Buona sistemazione con qualche riserva.
Abbiamo soggiornato qui tre notti, mia moglie e io, in agosto 2015. Albergo a conduzione familiare, in ottima posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Un solo appunto: il parcheggio è, ovviamente, limitato: si lasciano le chiavi alla reception e il personale provvede a spostare le auto quando serve. Un giorno avevamo bisogno della macchina all'ora di pranzo. Malgrado avessimo avvisato già in mattinata che la macchina ci serviva, a mezzogiorno era bloccata da un'altra di un ospite che non aveva lasciato le chiavi in reception. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno mezz'ora perché ce la liberassero. Pazienza, cose che possono capitare ... Però ci ha un po' deluso l'atteggiamento del personale: abbiamo dovuto insistere più volte, trovando un atteggiamento vagamente seccato, quasi fossimo noi i disturbatori e non il proprietario dell'auto che ci bloccava (a detta del gestore dell'hotel, un loro cliente abituale). Non è piacevole avere l'idea, non avendo mai prima soggiornato qui, di essere cliente di serie B. Per il resto niente da dire: camera accogliente, bagno ampio, tutto molto pulito e ordinato, colazione di tipo continentale buona.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Lage, aber etwas weit von der Einkaufsstraße entfernt. (ca15min gehzeit) Einziges war die Parksituation, für die mann den Autoschlüssel abgeben musste, damit das Hotel bei Bedarf das Auto umparken kann. Anfangs ein bisschen ungewohnt, den Schlüssel abzugeben, gab jedoch keine Probleme.

Wir waren überrascht,was alles zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel zählen kann. Das Hotelteam war zwar sehr nett, aber das Zimmer sehr klein. In der Dusche kann man sich nicht mal um die eigene Achse drehen und an der Decke war ein riesiger Wasserfleck. Bis auf das Bett gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeit in dem kleinen Zimmer,wahrscheinlich aus Platzmangel. Man geht nur paar Minuten zum Strand,das ist natürlich super, aber ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und kann es auch nicht empfehlen.

Schönes Hotel, sehr nahe am sauberen Strand
Wir (Frau, 2 Kinder: 9 und 2 J.) und ich hatten - wie gebucht - für 4 Personen ein etwas zu kleines Zimmer. Für 2 völlig OK, aber wie gesagt - für 4 Personen einfach zu klein. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Service etc waren gut; Kleine Undichtheit am Duschschlauch war auch nicht dramatisch. Preis/Leistung - trotz positivem Gesamtpaket aber einfach etwas zu teuer.

Nettes, familär geführtes Hotel unweit vom Strand
Hotel liegt sehr gut in einer einigermaßen ruhigen Seitengasse, zum Strand sind es keine 100m und außerdem liegt am Weg noch ein Zeitungsstand und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wir hatten Halbpension, wobei das Abendessen in 4 Gängen serviert wurde und uns recht gut geschmeckt hat. Das Frühstück war italienisch einfach gehalten und öfters waren diverse Dinge vergriffen. Das Personal mit Unterstützung der ganzen Familie war aber immer sehr bemüht und hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Zusammenfassend also ein preiswerter Kurzaufenthalt für entspannende Tage am Meer.
