Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurants were very good. Enjoyed pub food and local beer at O'Malley's pub and brunch at the Tuscany Grille. Will def return.
We loved the staff during our stay. The front desk was quick, courteous and helpful. They were so kind any time we needed help (navigating the metro, etc.). Check in was a breeze. Always greeted with eye contact and a smile from the managers to the rest. They were went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.
I can't say enough how much I loved having a delicious, hot breakfast prepared. I wanted them to come home with me! Again, very quick and courteous. Loved the variety!
Unfortunately, our room desperately needed a deep clean. I had to stare at a vent while I took a shower that was THICK with dirt. The front of the cabinets in the bathroom had tons of thick drips on it. There were giant dust bunnies behind the door (marble size). Honestly, it was as if they just swiped the middles and the sinks. One day we returned to our room with the housekeeping staffs half used water bottles left behind. I left my retainer in my room and realized my mistake before my flight touched down. I called and was redirected to the housekeeping staff where I left a message. I again left a message the next day. I take complete responsibility for leaving such an expensive and hard to replace item. To not even return my phone call is not acceptable. If the housekeeping staff had the same attitude as the front desk staff, I believe they would have taken care of it. That is why they missed out on a perfect score and a $100 tip if I would have returned my retainer.
We had an overall good experience but expected more from the kitchen.
Found the self service coffee to be sub par. Also prices on grab items was overpriced.
It is difficult for families with infants to buy premium water at premium prices.
The breakfast options were overpriced and subpar quality also. Kitchen ran out of selections on the buffet line - for 24.00 dls bar at least the fruit could be refilled.
Overall it was a good hotel in a nice location but the kitchen amenities need to reach a higher level or lower their prices.
