“I went for a rave, this hotel gets a rave review.”

I went to Turku to see the awesome DJ Proteus. This hotel was perfectly located 2 minutes walk from the Club, "Klubbi", and a short walk from the other sites I saw such as the cathedral and museums. The staff were always friendly, accomodating and professional. They helped me frequently with finding things around town and with my travel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - no cold leftovers if you arrived an hour after the start, everything fresh. Room was very comfortable and well maintained. Plenty of space to relax in. Great bathroom for post-rave cleansing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my mates.

Area recommendations
Klubbi (Nightclub) Turku Cathedral. The museum with ruins of old Turku and the modern art gallery.
Dining
BUY WATER IN LARGE AMOUNTS FROM THE SUPERMARKET, drinks are very expensive from the hotel.
Nightlife
Klubbi was great for dance and I was told they have metal nights there also. There was another metal bar I wanted to try but was too tired.

“Good location”

A well located hotel off the main square. No air conditioning but the weather was exceptional when I was there. A fan was supplied. Splendid choice of food at breakfast.

“Mangel an Sauberkeit”

Das Hotel ist zwar sehr zenteral gelegen und das Hotelpersonal bemüht, das alles lässt aber nicht über den Mangel an Sauberkeit (verstaubte Sideboards, Schubladen, Teppich, Teetablett, etc etc) hinwegsehen. Handtücher wurden auch nur nach mündlicher Aufforderung gewechselt.
