The resort overlooks the clear turquoise waters of Grace Bay and features 92 meters (300 feet) of white, sugary-sand beach furnished with lounge chairs and umbrellas. In the center of the property are a zero-entry infinity pool and a current-resistance lap pool, both with underwater sound systems. A manicured professional croquet lawn is provided, along with complimentary equipment. Guests also have complimentary use of snorkeling equipment, catamarans, windsurfers, and kayaks during their stay (all equipment subject to availability).

Provo Golf and Country Club, 4 km (2.5 mi) from the resort, offers golf and tennis (surcharges). The island is renowned for its world-class fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. The resort's concierge can assist with excursions, including sunset cruises and horse riding on the beach.

Caicos Kids Club is free for all guests aged between 5 and 12 years old (kids under 5 must be accompanied by an adult). A park with playground is a five-minute walk from the resort. Also available is a complimentary fitness center with cardio equipment, free weights, and a steam room.
