“Good value and convenient location, but slightly tired”

Very good value at around 50 euros and convenient for metro, train, airport and trams. Room basic but OK. Breakfast was very missable, with easily the worst coffee I have tasted in a long time. Wireless internet relatively cheap.

“Convenient and clean but fairly basic.”

We needed a hotel near Porta Susa for an early morning departure and this fitted the bill for that. It was clean but fairly basic, and the bed was as hard as rock. As I was just coming out of a bout of sciatica it was excruciatingly uncomfortable. Breakfast was said to start too late for us as we were catching an early morning train, but as we left we found it was already in full swing (second time we had that experience in Torino) which was annoying, Breakfast quality was OK but basic.

“Highly recommended base for exploring Turin”

Dock Milano is a lovely hotel, well-sited a good stomp away from the town centre and also well-placed for transport connections both into town and to/from Caselle airport. There are cafes aplenty nearby, and the restaurant within the hotel has a superb menu. The staff were unerringly helpful and polite and helped make my stay something I look forward to repeating as soon as possible. Torino itself is stunning, and this hotel is an excellent base to see everything you might want to.

“"Good value"”

For an expensive city like Milan, this hotel is a good value. it is comfortable, well maintained and it is very easy to get to the sites by metro, there is a station near by and it is also very close to the main train station. A few more restaurants in the area wouls have been nice, and they should also consider free internet instead of charging by minutes.

“Centrally located”

During our short visit to Turin, we stayed at the Dock Milano (mostly based on the reviews posted by fellow travellers). We really liked the location: we could get anywhere by foot (we wanted to visit the main piazzas, the Egyptian Museum) and it was very easy to tet there. The hotel itself was not bad, reasonably well maintained, but a little outdated. We went with our two children and were able to get a quadruple room (not very common in Europe). The room was a little crampy, but we only went to our room to sleep. The bathroom had been renovated and it was very clean. Breakfast was included and it was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and it proved to be very convenient for us.

“Decent hotel near Milan's central station”

The hotel is in a good location, near Milan's Central Station. The hotel was clean and overall we had a positive experience. The only downside was that the wireless internet charge was very high and breakfast was not included. Other than that it was OK.

“Not sure if I would go back for a holiday”

The hotel is a basic business hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We did not see any other staff members, possibly because the hotel was practically empty. Breakfast was uninspiring verging on bland (same thing laid out every day, with a possibility that it was never moved). There was fruit available but this was put out on Monday and left until Sunday. The restaurant was never open; again this could be because the hotel was empty and the bar shut at about 7pm. The room was cleaned and tidied every day.

“trés bon séjour”

très bon séjour, accueil agréable, bon emplacement, tram à coté de l’hôtel, parking sous terrain à deux pas . à 15 mn à pied du centre. Petit déjeuné copieux. Attention aux chambres prés de l'ascenseur, un peu bruyant. sinon je vous le conseil pour un weekend. chambre spacieuse avec baignoire.

“ottima posizione”

posizione ottima vicinissimo alla stazione di porta susa e alla fermata della metropolitana, servizio cortese ed efficiente, camere non grandi , arredamento essenziale , ma il tutto risulta confortevole, buona la prima colazione ad eccezione del caffè. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo
