“Very Good indeed”

I am a returning customer and I am extremely satisfied of the service. Employees are very nice and professional. If I want to be really picky, the quality of breakfast could improve a bit (e.g. more choice for cereals, fresh orange juice missing, fresh fruit salad missing...) I will return back anytime I come to Turin.

“Creaky Bed, could not sleep”

Room was Ok but the bed creaked when I or my wife rolled over. Breakfast was ordinary, and the bathroom was a shocker...I mean the shower curtain couldn't prevent water going everywhere. Not that good. The last thing ythat annoyed me was that the fridge went on the fritz. Cold beer and wine????? nope.

Area recommendations
A couple of the streets close to the hotel had some shopping, amd there were a few tourist things of interest around. But I have seen the same in other cities in Italy

“Good value”

About 20 mn away from museums and palazzo Madama, centre of landmarks and sightseeing places inclduing Cinema museum, and Museum of antiquities (visit recommended). Good value for this reasonable hotel in Central Turin and friendly staff.

“good handy hotel for Turin centre”

This was a good hotel; tho maybe only just reaching a 4* rating! We found it a really good place to explore the city on foot.

Area recommendations
A very attractive historic city centre, with plenty of places to visit - palazzo, museum , gallery, garden.
Dining
The restaurants became very busy on Sat evening and we went along a bit late! We squeezed into a table the next night. There is also a very popular ice cream shop - GROM- and their ice cream is the best we'd ever had anywhere!! Real strong taste of eg yogurt, or coffee, or pistachio. Worth finding and queuing for!!

“dark rooms”

Not a 4star hotel. No coffee shop or restaurant for evening meal. No milk available for room tea tray. Room dark and bathroom small. Parking had to be prebooked(good price) or alternative offered(bad price) BUT we had a good time, staff were friendly and hotel decor modern

“Good base to do Turin”

We were visiting Turin for a long weekend with friends and the hotel is a good base from which to explore this very underrrated city. It's close to the Porta Suza station from where you can easily get taxis, the subway to Porta Nouva and the bus to the Airport. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Palazza Madama along Via Garibaldi which is one of the main shopping streets. Hotel room was clean although the decor throughout the hotel was a bit weird - bits of wood are stuck to things at odd angles in attempt to make what is essentially a business hotel a bit more modern and interesting. The hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.

Area recommendations
Anywhere in the central area is good and from 2011 when the subway links to the Lingotto shopping complex that area is worth considering.

“Un buon punto d'appoggio a Torino”

Hotel situato in una zona strategica di Torino: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana e con varie fermate del servizio bus nelle immediate vicinanaze, questo hotel è consigliato a chi Torino la vuole visitare. L'hotel risulta essere a volte minimalista, ma sia l'igiene che i servizi non sono mai trascurati.

“Best Western Hotel City - comodo per visitare il centro”

Ottima la posizione per visitare tutto il centro (area romana) di Torino. Personale molto gentile. Buona pulizia delle camere. Colazione non eccezionale, ma sufficiente per qualità e quantità. Questo albergo conferma però che in Italia la valutazione degli hotel in base alle stelle non è attendibile perchè il Best Western Hotel City di Torino, a mio giudizio, dovrebbe essere classificato come "tre stelle" e non quattro.

Area recommendations
Oltre al centro vale la pena vedere il museo dell'automobile.

“Best Western Hotel City : très bonne emplacement”

Avez vous déjà vu des toilettes à 5 cm du lavabo? vous les trouverez dans la chambre 41. Pour moi, la salle de bain est totalement à refaire et j'ai trouvé l'hôtel un peu vieillot au niveau de la déco. Par contre, l'accueil est irréprochable, la situation de l'hôtel excellente, et lorsque j'ai demandé à changer de chambre, ils n'ont pas pu tout de suite car complet mais ensuite j'ai été surclassé sans aucune remarque. Les chambres sont sobres, accueillantes et propres.
