“Great location, good value.”

Nice, small and tastefully decorated in "old world" style. Staff is pleasant and multilingual. The location right next to the train station is excellent and within walking distance of all major sights. Breakfast is a little basic but fine.

“Turin great hotel location”

Staff very helpful and even parked my car so I wouldn't need to. Clean hotel, well within walking distance to all downtown sites and right across the street from the railway station. Great hotel. Internet was a little slow - but usable.

“Best Western Genova, Staziione Porta Nuova Torino”

Ottimo albergo, ottima posizione di fianco alla stazione, camera pulitissima (scintillante), personale professionale e gentile. Uno neo (a cercarne uno): ascensore un po' lento e sovrariscaldato (la lampada intorno allo specchio fa' un sacco di calore e l'ascensore non è grande.

“Très bien”

Nous avons passé des moments vraiment agréables, l'hôtel est très propre en plus à côté de toutes les commodités. Les chambres sont nickels, accueil sympa. Le mini bar et petit frigo dans la chambre sont utiles.

“hotel in buona posizione”

Hotel molto vicino al centro storico, raggiungibile in 10min a piedi. Camera carina e spaziosa, bagno un po' vecchiotto ma pulito, peccato per gli asciugamani piccoli non di spugna. Colazione varia e abbondante.

“Un vero Albergo”

Albergo accogliente,posizione centrale (a 5 minuti dal centro della città)pulitissimo,ben arredato,con personale molto preparato professionalmente,addetti alla reception cordiali e disponibili ad ogni richiesta,camere in ottimo stato, bagni lindi. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto presso un'autorimessa convenzionata distante circa 300 mt dall'albergo(20 euro x 24 ore). Unica nota negativa: per raggiungere in auto l'albergo non utilizzate il navigatore..spesso vi indicherà vie interdette alle auto private (solo bus e taxi).Per il resto: scegliete questo hotel a occhi chiusi.

“cambiate il personale dell'Hotel Genova”

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima, praticamente accanto alla Stazione di Porta Nuova e ad un passo dal bellissimo centro storico di Torino. L'Hotel è molto bello però non è andato tutto bene, la camera era poco pulita e molto piccola e il personale è un pò scadente, scortese, poco accogliente per un Hotel 3 stelle che porta il nome Best Western, non è un alberghetto da mezza stella ...... Ci sono altri Hotel vicino alla stazione e al centro provateli prima di andare all'Hotel Genova.

la Mole Antonelliana con il museo del cinema e l'ascensore panoramico il museo delle antichità egizie.

ANDATE a mangiare al Ristorante "Sotto la Mole" che si trova di fronte alla Mole Antonelliana, troverete un'accoglienza veramente unica e sempre più difficile da trovare, un servizio eccellente associato ad un'ottima cucina tipica piemontese e prezzi ragionevoli, con 40 euro a persona si mangia dall'antipasto al dolce e si beve del buon vino. NON andate a mangiare al ristorante "Al Primo Piano" che si trova in via Po è una schifezza, non sanno cucinare neppure un piatto di pasta e per secondo avevamo ordinato un piatto di formaggi ci hanno detto dopo quasi 1 ora che non avevano il tempo per preparare i formaggi e se volevamo scegliere qualche altra cosa, roba da matti, ci siamo alzati e siamo venuti via pagando quel poco che avevamo mangiato.
