The ONLY reason we stayed here is because the hotel next door did not accept pets. (There are not many accommodation options in Fulton). The ladies at reception were very nice, pleasant and wanted our stay to be enjoyable so check-in was good. The rooms we reserved were non-smoking. When we opened the door to both rooms, both smelled like smoke. (We could smell the smoke coming from the rooms next door). The hvac window units looked horrible from the inside. Very rusty and dirty, but they worked. House keeping knocked extremely loud i the morning to see if we needed service. (There was no card to hang on the door.) We told them, “yes” and we left. When we returned, we had towels, but they did not change our sheets between nights. (The towels seem old and stained). The bathtub/showers also looked very old and the water pressure was bad. We did not complain since we were only there to sleep, but we do not plan on staying at this motel again.

The stay itself wasn’t too bad until early the next morning when we were awaken by housekeeping with loud knocking @ 9 am. Checkout isn’t until 11. We ask why would they do that. Was told they needed to pull laundry. And we should have used do not disturb, that was not in our room. Mgr said that was their policy. So be ready to wake up early!

Although bathtub was fairly clean, it needed a good cleaning -bleach or something more than surface cleaning. Faucet was loose on the sink-not connected well, but did work. TV had to be reconnected each time it was turned off. Area nice for walking dog. Well lit. Liked outside entrance. Friendly, helpful receptionist.

Disappointing
Bare minimum. Door lock didn't work. Sink faucet wasnt even attached to the sink.the breakfast/coffee situation was a joke. Very much not worth the price. I would not recommend this location, unless you are out of other options. There was a very nice and helpful lady, who was outstanding. She deserves a better working environment. I wish her the best.

Nice place
My only complaint is no eggs or waffles on breakfast. You can see the owner takes pride and tries to make it a nice place. Great value for the money.

The room had a terrible odor, set my wifes asthma off, floor was filthy, tv remote missing parts. We could not stay there as the odor was horrific. Wiped spilled water up, turned cloth black. Have pictures to prove. Need refund!!!!

the room was very clean and tidy. New flooring was evident. shower and water pressure were great. Bed was clean and comfy. Only problem we had was no drawers for clothing and no comfortable sitting chair.

For the most part it was nice and peaceful. There were a couple of nights seem like men were near my door talking most the night.
