“Highly not recommended”

Deserve at most 3stars: dirty bedsheets, hot room, room A/C controler not working, controled only by central controler somewhere downstairs, bad service,

“Great location but the staff were rude + not worth the money; stay across the road at the Carlton!”

Hotel Africa claims to be 5* but it's more like a 3* when you consider there is no pool and and the staff are very rude indeed. My partner and I are early 30s from London and felt ripped off; we stayed a night at the Carlton across the road and it was much better value.

“Hotel Africa , Tunisi”

Il riscaldamento nella camera assegnatami ha smesso di funzionare dpo alcune ore. La temperatura è arrivata a 29 gradi C. Tre richieste di intervento per riparare l'impianto: nessuno è mai intervenuto.

“Service de qualité très médiocre”

Hotel très bien placé dans le centre de Tunis mais service minable. très mauvais rapport qualité prix Check out impossible la veille au soir, queue le lendemain matin, impossible d'avoir un vrai café en cas de départ tôt le matin : uniquement une machine à nescafé, serveur limite aimable voir n'hésitant pas à vous bousculer pour aller servir
