“Un service pas à la hauteur du potentiel.”

Bel etablissement aux belles prestations avec un fort potentiel. Pour un voyage d'affaire le. cadre correspond à ce qu'on peut en attendre. Multiple salons, salles de conférences, bar sympas. Mais tout cela est gaché par un service qui n'est pas à la hauteur. - Les renseignements sont confus lorsqu'on les demande. - Compte tenu de l'espace important une information à l'arrivée serai appréciée ainsi qu'une signalétique plus appropriée. - Les restaurants ne sont pas à la hauteurs de l'hotel. - Le service de chambre n'est pas sérieux. En effet à 18h30 heure de mon retour ma chambre n'était pas terminée. c'est à dire que le service est passé à changé les drapsde bains, mais n'a pas fait la salle de bains ni le lit... J'ai été assez surpris.Je n'en ai pas informé l'hotel. - Une erreur s'est glissée sur la facture. Les petits déjeuners ont été compté double. Rien de grave si on fait attention, mais bon,c'est toujours dommage.

“agréable séjour hôtelier à l'hôtel El Mechtel de Tunis”

avant mon séjour, les commentaires de cet hôtel que j'ai regardé sur les forums étaient déplorables. Je m'attendais donc à un hôtel vraiment pas terrible. Seulement tous les mauvais commentaires datent du moment où l'hôtel était sous l"enseigne Mercure. Depuis il est sous l'enseigne Golden Tulip, et maintenant vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Chambres très propres, tout le confort nécessaire dans la salle de bains (sèche cheveux, éponge lustrante pour chaussures, pèse personne...)Personnel serviable et encore plus les femmes de chambres qui repassent le soir dans les chambres où le client n'est pas là pour ouvrir le lit et y déposer des sucreries. Dans les chambres TV écran plat avec chaines multinationales , frigo, coffre fort. Tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour.
