Bien pour un séjour de vacances, moins adapté pour un voyage d'affaire car trop excentré. Comptez 30min de taxi pour aller à Tunis.

Hotel is still up there with the best. Room cleanliness and comfort could not be faulted. The only issue was the in-house Italian restaurant. I've eaten there do many times and never had a complaint. However on this occasion the meal was terrible. Warm salad, that was meant to be cold. Frozen sea food and not even fresh at that, I have never had a poorer meal in Tunis. It was terrible.

Pros: The gym is amazing, many terraces & outlet restaurants for the night
Cons: The sound Proof in room , cannot sleep from noise ! outside dogs all nights!
Location: The hotel is very far from any activities or shopping area, but for me was OK as the whole I was in the city for my meetings and good to relax.
BIG ISSUE: the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the staff keep Knocking the door!

excellent hotel proche de la Marsa, très bon centre de soin, spa, fitness, piscine, hammam etc. bon choix de restaurants, très bon pdj, personnel bon pour la Tunisie

Dommage pour un si bel hotel qu'ils aient tardé à rennover les couvertures et réparer la douche dans ma chambre. Service, y compris la restauration, était impeccable et pas envahissant. A recommander.

Pros: Lage und Gebäude
Cons: Funktion der Einrichtung, Erhaltungszustand und --vor allem-- der miese Service.

Hotel Golden Tulip hat sicherlich eine gute Lage und ein gutes Gebäude, ABER ........das Team und die Details sind absolut mangelhaft. Beiespiele: 1. Auf Balkon waren Tisch, Stühle und Geländer sehr schmutzig und teilweise mit Farbe verunreinigt---nicht nutzbar da verdreckt. 2.Ersatz von Kaffee- und Teebeutel mußte jeden Tag 1-2mal an der Reception nachgefragt werden. 3. Service im Restaurant katastrophal: morgens eigene Sets + Servietten + Besteck suchen. Kaffee + Tee etc selbst vom side-board nehmen etc. Genug Personal, aber OHNE Arbeitsinteresse. 4. Wake-up call funktionierte nie. 5. KEINE Eismaschine (auf allen Fluren eine) funktionierte. 6. Sehr lautes Hundegebell in der Nacht. 7. Betteln für Handtücher am swimming pool. Alles in allem sollte man 30% des Preises zurück forgern. 5 Sterne sind ein Witz, 3 Sterne ist das Maximum.
