"Everythings good"

"Very welcoming staff. They remember your names and personally attend to your needs. You have everything you will need in the rooms. We stayed in the jungle room and it’s so peaceful. You can hear people talking outside but that’s the experience. Cannot expect to stay in a eco friendly hotel and expect everything modern. It’s a beautiful change from the daily hustle. Restaurant has high quality food. Limited vegetarian options if you are planning to stay for more than 2-3 days. Beach is small but private. Recommend this place without any hesitation."
"This is the most romantic hotel I have ever been to, It’s so relaxing, Everything is so pretty and it makes you feel connected to the jungle and the sea
The only challenging thing was that there Weren’t any lights in the bedroom, which is nice to disconnect and have a different experience, but after two nights with no light it isn’t that much fun.
Still, I will go again many times, Highly recommend"
"Beautiful cabanas right on the beach towards the far end of the zona hoteleria. This is a quiet, family friendly eco resort that makes a perfect home base for adventures around the Riviera Maya. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, as well as a fraction of the cost of similar rooms nearby. This is NOT a party hotel, look elsewhere for that. Free delicious breakfast right across the street and they will even deliver lunch to the beach for you! Ocean is clean and safe to swim in and there is a beautiful pool. Be aware that the shower and sinks are filtered saltwater only but fresh drinking water is provided. Can't recommend enough. Thank you Nueva Vida for your hospitality!"

"Although there are still a few things nomade can work on, (bfast included rooms must still pay $2 gratuity charge, no one keeping the peddlers/mariachi bands away from lounging beach guests, no one patrolling grounds overnight for noisy overserved guests, WiFi/phones unreliable ), this resort gets a solid A.
The staff are unquestionably the kindest, most professional, conscientious people and always go the extra mile. The food is delicious, fresh and takes the words locally sourced very seriously. I will return again and again. Tropical Fenix and Philippe deserve recognition-one of the best massages I’ve ever received. "
