Noisy, poor service, bad location

1. Housekeeping could not see to simple tasks like dumping trash, replacing coffee for Keurig, giving more than 1 bath towel, leaving extra shampoo. .2, Wooden floors in hall are VERY noisy as guest drag their baggage and tread hard soled shoes. 3. You can hear every conversation in a room just by standing near the door. No privacy.

Pros: Near school.
Clean and organized hotel, nice staffs Stayed in this hotel four nights and always had clean supplies refilled. Small hotel but very special. Each room has it's own style. Love it.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in historic neighborhood

Pros: Everything.
Location: Across the street from the University of Tulsa, adjacent to a nice "walkable" residential area. Splendid facility.
Tip-top service, beautiful facility, user-friendly bar, decent continental breakfast. We'll be back.

What a great hotel! We extended our stay - the room was large, beautifully decorated, great ambience. The attention to detail is something you rarely see in a hotel any more, but every detail has been carefully attended to, down to things like the blinds. The spa was reasonably priced, and they have a great massage therapist. It's the kind of hotel you would find in San Francisco, but without the attitude. Stay here if you're in Tulsa!

THE ONLY BAD THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THE PUT ME IN THE WRONG ROOM WHEN I GOT THERE. HAD TO QUESTION THE ROOM TO MAKE SURE ITS WHAT I PAID FOR AND IT WASN'T. BUT THEY GOT ME IN THE RIGHT ROOM RIGHT AWAY.

Fantastic Hotel

Pros: Loved the atmosphere & the d├ęcor! Loved the leopard print chairs :)
Cons: No jetted bathtub
Location: Easy access to Brookside & Cherry St.
Loved the hotel, the atmosphere, and the lounge!!! The location is perfect for a night out on Brookside or Cherry Street!!! My friend and I celebrated our birthdays here and had a blast! Only draw back, Expedia says the rooms have jetted bathtubs & they don't. Other than that, fantastic!!!!
