“Unexpected”

I was surprised how nice and new the facility was. Much more than I expected. The shower head needs to be replaced but that was a small matter.

“Friendly, but less than usual for a Hilton”

Nice folks, pleasant surroundings, but the mattress needed to be replaced. The comfort foam was broken down on the left side of the king bed. The restaurant area was convenient, but the service inconsistent. (Mix-up of orders.) My bet is that I just happened to have some bad luck. I usually love these hotels!

“Very enjoyable experience with great customer service!!!”

All in all, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip at this hotel. I really appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of the hotel staff. Bravo Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa South!

“Good Stay”

The front desk staff was the most helpful I have ever worked with. Thanks for making our stay very pleasurable. The phones in the room didn't work when we were there. That was the only reason for the markdown on condition.

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel was nice and in a good area, close to restaurants and shopping. Did have a small issue with Housekeeping. Had asked upon check in to have housekeeping after 3 and they were knocking at the door daily starting at 9.

Area recommendations
Old Route 66 was great and 71st Street reminded me of home. Downtown was nice too.

“Allways try to stay at these hotels.”

These hotels are great and I allways try to stay when I can. They are a good value for the price. The food is the best of all the chains.

Traveller's tip
Get good directions to this hotel as it is a challenge to acess because of all the new construction.
