Would have expected more from Hilton

Room was small. Bed had that comfort setting i didn't notice any difference between firm and soft. To be honest i have stayed in much cheaper hotels that were much nicer.

Pros: The coffee bar in the lobby.
Cons: As I mentioned above, the attention to detail.
Location: Nothing. promenade mall is a joke and the pub across the parking lot was two thumbs down as well
We spent two nights in this hotel. While they did some things very well (free beverages and snacks available in the lobby), their ability to go the next step and pay attention to other details was lacking. It would have been so very helpful if the attendant at check in would have made sure we understood that our bed was equipped with the ability to make the mattress firmer. Both nights were spent tossing and turning. They have a small placard at the desk, but without some acknowledgment of it by the staff so that we were made aware, it's worthless. I purchased 2 beverages and 2 bags of chips in the small pantry off the lobby. Fortunately I checked the bill carefully when we checked out because we were charged $80 for those 4 items instead of $8. The error was made right after we brought it to the attention of the desk clerk, however, again....no personal touch...wouldn't you wonder about a Guest spending $80 in the minimally stocked pantry (snacks and sundries) and correct the mistake before check out?

Overall, the stay was nice. One of the beds in the room was broken, but they fixed it quickly. However, apparently, there are breakfast tickets you have to have. It may have been my mistake when I thought it was complimentary, but my mistake was encouraged when we ate without tickets one day. The same lady who asked if we wanted coffee on Saturday denied us breakfast on Sunday in front of other friends because we did not have these tickets. It wouldn't have been so bad if we either were told privately or were not allowed breakfast on Sunday.

Failed in almost every way. They did have the reservation right. But failed in every other way possible. The room was not as clean as it should have been for this price.

We were there for Garth Brooks concert a few miles away. The location from the venue was great. Check in was fast & easy. We loved the little touches like having fresh hot coffee and warm cookies.

Clean room, friendly staff. Wifi is slow and doesn't work very well. Everything else was good.
