Comfy place

Posted 31-Aug-2014
Pros: Cleanliness and decor of lobby, gorgeous rooms and no musky odors! Great location and plenty of restaurants around the hotel
Cons: Don't make the customers feel like their thrives by putting holds on their credit cards!
Location: Love the easy access to restaurants and the interstate! Lots of nice town to explore without having to drive off very far. Several gas stations also
Husband and I had a wonderful stay on our anniversary weekend. The only bad experience that I had was that after I paid cash for the room, they ended up putting a $50.00 hold on my credit card just in case there was ant "incidentals" I thought that was pretty shady! The hotel itself was big and beautiful, no bad smells anywhere, complimentary coffee in the lobby, very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location for my Business

The staff are great and very accommodating. The first room I was assigned had been smoked in so I went down and they immediately got it switched for me. It is always comfortable too. Liked having the Keurig in my room for drink options.

Stay was nice, Room was very nice!

Posted 06-May-2014 on Hotels.com
The stay was fine, the room was nice and clean. I had not stayed at this one before, however, I have stayed at many Hilton properties and it has the same quality and service. The surrounding neighborhood was pretty decent. Location was good. Parking lot a little tricky - watch for signs off the entrance roads, but there are several ways to get into the hotel lot. All in all what I expected from a Hilton Property.

Almost Perfect......Almost

Posted 25-Mar-2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was very nice. My trip was a 3 night stay. Things you should know: 1.) The fitness center is awesome. 2.) The rooms were very clean and were cleaned perfectly each day. 3.) The bed has adjustments. I slept on a bed that was way too firm only to see the last day that it has an adjustment knob under the bottom sheet on the side of the bed. 4.) Breakfast is very pricey. I did not mind paying the price because I could order healthy items like egg whites, but there is no bargain here unless you eat a really large breakfast. Also the bananas were a very pale yellow so I did not want to try them. I also got an apple that was rotten on the bottom so I was less than confident with the fruit offered. 5.) There is a restaurant in the lobby. I only ate breakfast here but I did like the convenience offered. 6.) Everything else was very nice. I had good service, the hotel was in a good location for the Expo Square and I had no concerns with the neighborhood. All things considered I would definitely stay there again.

Come on Now!

Posted 24-Dec-2013
Pros: Spacious room and everything was new.
Cons: Better room assignment practices.
Location: Food, Shopping, Stuff. Just go for a drive you'll find something.
Parking lot was empty and the Hotel seemed deserted, but there room assignment strategy was displeasing. Most of the rooms were empty the night we stayed and this hotel stuck us next to a noisy family with screaming kids who made noise until midnight. Come on now! Space out your guests then fill in between rooms once you start meeting capacity. It only makes logical sense. Besides the getting stuck next to inconsiderate people the stay was pleasing. The is a new facility so everything was in top shape. Management needs improvement with their room assignment strategy.

Sleepless in Tulsa

Posted 20-Dec-2013
We booked this hotel due to good experiences with other Hilton properties across Virginia Tennessee over the past month (7 hotels in 2 weeks). This was the worst experience I have had in my 30 years of staying in hotels. I managed only 4 hours of sleep due to noises from either the hallway, room next to us and/or the roof top equipment that was outside our window. The doors on each room makes a loud slam every time one closes. We unfortunately were surrounded by young cheerleaders and other sports groups that had poor chaperoning so from 10 pm till midnight room doors were slamming every 30 seconds and even with ear plugs in my ears I could hear conversations like they were in the room with me. Then at 4 am some equipment on the roof top outside the window began going on/off every 30 seconds or so. The fitness room and pool are nice. If you can find somewhere else quiet to sleep, or you are not interested in sleeping, then I recommend this hotel.

Needs improvements

Posted 04-Dec-2013
Pros: Staff was very friendly, nice pool, nice workout facility. Good free wifi signal.
Cons: New Mattresses, service the AC units, improve the breakfast or give it away for free.
Location: The hotel was near several restaurants and the freeway but access to the hotel was poor and a confusing.
Overall a little dissaponting. Access to the hotel was a pain, although it sits directly off of the freeway in order to access the hotel you had to drive in a large 10 block circle. The mattress was dated, I laid in it for 15 minutes and felt like I was sinking the entire time. When I got out of the mattress their was an indentation where I was laying about 6 inches deep which showed no signs of re-bounding. The television was small, the temperature control in the room showed 68 degrees but I never heard it come on and it felt like 74 degrees. The breakfast cost $9 but basically consisted of a continental breakfast set up with a cook preparing eggs.
