“Great value”
Hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Wifi didn't work half the time, needed to use Internet for business. I went down to the business center and no luck there either. I told the front desk, and I just got a sorry. We also blew a fuse in half of the room and called the front desk, and it took over an hour to reset.
“Surprised”
I'm not sure how this hotel got only 2.5 stars at the time of my booking. The hotel was clean all the way through. The room was cleaned and had a wide/long shower that provided plenty of room. The room had coffee, ironing board, refridgerator, microwave, TV. I stayed in a King, and it was large with a desk and a laptop pad to sit on your lap. Even the carpet was clean. The only negative was the air conditioner was a wall unit and when turned on, it was very loud and blew the curtains which could potentially allow someone to peak in the room. Other than that, it was great. The hotel was conveniently located next to several different places to eat...fast food and sit down. There is a shopping center with dozens of stores within 200 yards of the hotel. It was not a loud place, however except when people let their door slam when coming/leaving their room. Free breakfast was good except for sausage and egg gravy mix...but it was free and there was plenty of fruits, pastries, juice, and coffee. The mall is about 2-3 miles North.
“The Hampton is always great!”
Every Hampton Inn I've visited has been great, and this was one of the best. Close to good restaurants, great newly furnished and very clean rooms. Good pool and exercise room.
“Great value!”
Overall a great value! The hotel is in a great location and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area was nice and not crowded. The fitness center had great equipment. The staff was good although some were more helpful than others.

The staff was extremely nice, the room met our expectations and the kids enjoyed the pool......Had a great time!!

“We'll Be Back”
We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a king-size room and it was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean and neat. Another reviewer mentioned a large group of kids always seems to be there and sure enough! But we didn't have any problems with that. Hotel is approx. 15 minutes from the State Fairgrounds via highway, which is where we had to go everyday. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
