My husband and I were there for the Garth Brooks concert and they were fantastic. Great location and quiet. They offered a shuttle free of charge to and from the concert, our driver was amazing and so friendly, he definitely went above and beyond expectations.

Waste of Money

Pros: Nice part of Tulsa
Cons: Service and cleanliness
Pool was too cold. We waited 2 hours for room service and it never showed. We finally called and canceled.

Nice hotel, good location on the SW side of town.

Pros: Staff all around very friendly and helpful, clean comfortable room, breakfast buffet. We requested and were able to get a mini fridge in our room.
Cons: HVAC units in rooms could be quieter and easier to adjust. Elevators were showing some wear but operated with no trouble.
Location: Convenience of a Wal Mart in the same parking lot. Several fast food and sit down restaurants close. We enjoyed the nearby river park paved trail.
We enjoyed the hotel overall. The staff (especially Jordan at the front desk) were all very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and wait staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. For better (convenience) and worse (a little added traffic), there is a Wal Mart right behind the hotel The hotel shows a little age in the common areas and room bathrooms. The indoor pool water temp was a little too cool for swimming in November even though the covered area was heated. The HVAC fan in the room was a little noisy and room temp was difficult to modulate because when we arrived, it was cooler but 75F by the time we left. The maintenance staff assisted us with it as they had to switch the unit from heat to cool during our stay. We thought we should be able to do that as conditions indicated.

Bargain deal means ZERO "standard" perks.

Posted 17-Oct-2014
Pros: Clean room and comfortable bed
Cons: Website fully state what is included and what isn't
Location: Oral Roberts right across street. Walmart next door. Casino mile away.
We purchased "weekend deal" and were given 1 star treatment vs 4 star that hotel was rated. When determining which hotel to stay at we reviewed all hotel options from several hotels. Plaza touted (with pictures) typical "4 star luxuries" none of which were given because we purchased "weekend deal". The 2 good things were that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. BAD: Check in was 3 pm. When we got to room we found a note that "due to maintenance no hot water was available until 5 pm". This was not mentioned at time of booking or checking at desk. Space where refrigerator should have been was empty-when called was told could get one for $10 charge-our reservation did not include one. When we used iron a sticky plastic residue ruined shirt. Took iron to desk and when requested new one we were told that one would be brought to us. Had to call several hours later to get one brought to us. Was only 1 coffee packet in room, went to lobby to get complimentary coffee, our reservation didn't qualify for complimentary coffee in lobby. Was no soap in bathroom. Wallpaper was peeling from wall. Room service tray of dirty dishes from room next door sat in hall from time we checked in at 3 pm was still there when left next morning at 10 am. No ice machine on our floor, closest one was 1 floor up or 3 floors down. Went to breakfast buffet shown on website and told "weekend deal" did not include. All "weekend deal" gets is bed, TV and shower. Don't expect 4 star
