Nice place to stay and worked well for our needs

Good experience. Only complaint was the maid staff did not replenish our soap and shampoo and coffee in our room but did a good job off cleaning. Only other thing is hauling our things up the stairs but the very nice lady at the front desk did offer her help. So overall good experience

The hotel staff was wonderful. We checked in early and the only available rooms were upstairs. The staff was very apologetic that nothing was available downstairs because I walk with a cane. I was ok with it because we we're one day early. When I walked downstairs the next morning they had a new room available for me.

Terrible! No housekeeping offered, sink counter was disgusting, could hear neighbors on either side of us!

The first night the room next door was very noisy and kept us awake. The clerk ask them to quieten down but didn't do much good. They moved us to a different room the next day.

Not up to par

We have always looked forward to a stay at a Country Inn, this location and hotel was not up to par with Country Inns.

Bad Business practices

Due to an easy error in scheduling this reservation, when we arrived in Tulsa at 11:30 PM for a 5:30 AM departure to a flight, we discovered the booking was accidentally made for a full week later. Though the Desk Clerk was phenomenal, the manager was the opposite. The date that we had arrived and intended to stay there, they were sold out except for two rooms at triple the price. The hotel manager refused any accommodation on one of those rooms at midnight. However, he accepted our cancellation via Hotels.com and he resold our room, getting DOUBLE revenue on that room. Yet, he has refused to refund our payment nor make any other accommodation. If you have more that 4 hour layover, find yourself a decent hotel. BTW - the neighborhood is very sketchy.

adequate but i would challenge this being a four star. area easy access to highway,free breakfast marginal, adequate if you are a guy
