Fast check in the suit was nice n clean.. dislike the slowness of breakfast.. constantly have to wait for refill on everything but the food was great too

Our Stay

Pros: The pricing - was given good rates.. It was clean as you walked in.. Had coffee available in the lobby. The staff was friendly.
Location: It was about 12 mins from the facility we attended an event/easy to get to..Help of gps - able to get to places needed to go nearby.
We had 2 rooms for family for 2 nights.. All seemed good for the time we stayed. It worked for us with the kids to have the Continental Breakfast.. If weather would have permitted - the kids would have gone swimming - the pool was outside.. Otherwise it sufficed for what we needed the rooms for..

Terrible bed, a/c did not work correctly, called about kids running in hall at 11pm, staff couldnt do anything, breakfast was so so.

I did have one problem. I couldn't get my door open. Desk help did open after a bit of problem and said problem was battery but didn't do anything about it. In the morning when problem continued staff got some on it right away and fixed it. Had no problems the second night

Tulsa Gem

This hotel was our second stop on our trip from Phoenix to Illinois. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great for a number of restaurant choices. The hotel breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The manager stopped by our table to ask about our stay. She was very personable and it was nice chatting with her. We had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was typical and the breakfast area was clean. The hotel is in a labyrinth of streets off of I-44 and my GPS took me in a few circles to get there. The room needed a little bit of a makeover with new carpeting, bathroom updates, a more secure door locking mechanism and a working clock radio. I thought $115 tax included was a little pricey for this room for my co-worker and I.

Furniture in room was old, outdated, and soiled...showerhead did not work....nightstand lamp did not work.....only half a roll of toilet paper left in bathroom.

No Stay

I wasn't allowed to stay because my card wasn't the "right" kind of card. The front desk guy said I would still be charged because it was a non refundable reservation. So it wasn't a good stay at all. Wont ever go back or use this Expidia site to reserve rooms or anything.....
