I realize it was a busy weekend in the area, but we arrived later in the day, with more than enough time to have a room made up (and had even called them to tell them our arrival time). Trash in the trash can, slight smoke smell (non-smoking room), no shampoo provided, no cups/coffee service. Clearly not ready for us. We were glad we were only there to sleep and leave early.

When checking in the lady who was assisting us she was giving plenty of sass to my mother who wasn’t understanding and just needed better clarifications. Upon going to our room it smelled horrible and there was trash everywhere, no shampoo or soap so we had to go get our own at the local Walmart. When we left the hotel to go see the family we were visiting early that morning we came back late and our room was not cleaned, no beds were made, no new towels, the trash wasn’t even taken out. We stayed three night and every time we came back our room was still untouched, we’d have to go ask for new towels every time. Not to mention every 24 hours we’d have to go back to the front desk and grab a new key for our room, what an incredible inconvenience. Will not stay at the hotel again. Overall a terrible experience. It would be nice to get a full or even partial refund for the difficulty with this property.

3 staff members on 3 different shifts could not get our room keys to work. There was no morning food service, except for coffee in the morning. My room had a hot tub in the bedroom area, yet there was not enough hot water at one time to even fill the bathroom sink, much less a hot tub. The towels were white, almost shredded remnants of what once might have been a usable towel, but at this point, there were literally holes large enough to put several fingers through, and so small, that the bath towel would not even fit around my size 8 body frame. I would describe them as hand towels really, There was no hair dryer, no iron, no complimentary shampoo and conditioner, no extra roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, no coffee machine, and only 1 tiny bar of soap...most of these items have been a standard motel room feature for the past few decades. I paid $273 for a 2 night stay...never again.

Get charged twice to stay here.
They charged us when we arrived, after paying online!!! They gave me a different reason than the reservation system. Chalk this one up to experience as I doubt I will recover that money!!

This place is a joke!! The room was awful! All the surfaces were dirty and sticky. Heater/ac unit wouldn't turn on. Refrigerator was plugged in to an extension cord that was hot. There were no towels,trash can or anything in the room. When we called the desk he came down and reset the heater telling us if it does it again just reset it. Then he got us towels etc. However the beds were made up with sheets that were so old they had knobs of thread all over them. Breakfast consisted of boxes of cereal they had gone to the dollar store and bought. No sanitary containers or anything everyone was expected to use the same box. Will never go back!!

The condition of rooms were poor. Hallways dirty. No cups in rooms. Our 1st room had no wifi or cable signal so we switched. No drinking cups either. When we asked for one they said they had none. We would not stay here again. Carpet in hallways very dirty.

It was educational...my son thought syringes were only used in hospitals and doctors offices. It was dirty and disgusting, I have a hard time thinking that this quaint little town has something like this in it. After not having a room ready when I got there, I asked for a do not disturb sign, the kid told me just put a note on the door. There was no manager to talk to, the paint was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom, the bathroom vent sounded like a train, the floor was filthy you could see hair everywhere, there was mold in the refrigerator, I was afraid to touch or let my child touch anything. I offered to pay the night and cancel the next three even though I wasn't going to stay. There was no manager but I was told no. This hotel should not be represented by any travel site. I even called their corporate, of course the front desk would not give me the number told me to look it , they were no help either. I did not stay and still have not received a refund.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The hotel was dirty. There wasn’t an elevator which is fine but the stairs were very dirty. There was very visible clods of dirt on almost every step leading upstairs. The room itself looked fine at first glance but there were dark black hairs on every pillow case. The pillow cases also had yellows stains of something all over them. I drove to Walmart to buy pillow cases to cover the hotel ones. The heater wasn’t working and only blew out cold air. I tried to take a shower but there wasn’t any hot water and the tub basin was very dirty. There was only two very small towels and one wash cloth but the washcloth was also dirty like someone had removed a bunch of makeup on one side of it and folded it back up. The hotel stated it had free Wi-Fi but I could never get it to connect, their continental breakfast consisted of one box of cereal and some warm juice that I’m pretty sure was there when we checked in the day before. The hotel was sold out so when we complained about the heat and hot water there wasn’t anything the could do about it or even change rooms. there is absolutely no refunds given and I was on a budget for the weekend or we would have left snd went to another hotel. Do not stay here, if this hotel is your only Choice if advise you to sleep in your car.

No hot water the whole stay
Checked in fridge did not work, guy moved me to another room that had someone still checked in, said he could have it fixed Monday while i was at work, never happened, said he could change it out real quick when asked again, never happened, had to complain Tuesday morning about it. Hot water lasts about 2 mins and it was like that from sunday night till Thursday night, how does a motel run out of hot water every night, go elsewhere i will not go back to this motel 6, coworkers had mentioned it thought they were joking, no they weren't

I was so disappointed with this property, i had stayed here a year and a half ago and was very pleased with my stay. This time was the total opposite. The gal who checked me in, looked like she was ready for bed or a day off. She put me in a room right next to what i later found out to be her's and her family. She had two small children that woke up several times a night screaming or crying. As well as slamming doors. The lobby smelled of drugs that were atempted to be covered by room freshener. The room was dirty, floor unvaccuumed, table tops dirty/sticky. Towels were very thin and stained. Bathtub dripped and has been doing it for a long time from the calcium build up in the drain. (I had reported this drip on my previous stay. Was in the same room) Even though this hotel is the easiest and best location for my stay in Claremore i will not be staying there again. Sad to see such a decline in the property in a short amount of time. If i would have been able to get a refund i would have checked out ealier and gone to a different hotel.

The sheets, pillow cases, bed skirts, bed spreads, towels & washcloths were all stained, dirty, & had burn holes in them. There was not any soap, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the room. The original room I specifically booked was handicap accessible & the room they put me in was absolutely not. the mattress was old, hard, & lumpy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The overnight auditor was AWESOME!!

The front desk clerk was trying to collect payment from me when I had already paid online. She was very confused on how to navigate thier system that she turned the iPad to me to show me where she was stuck. We had no toiletries whatsoever. Not even a bar of soap to wash our hands. Some of our towels were cut in half, stained, and most likely junk rags for housekeeping. Doors leading to the exterior were broken. For a non-smoking room, it sure smelled like smoke. A lot of long term residents were living there which made it a little strange. The front desk lady was very nice in letting me use her fork so I could eat my dinner since they don't serve any food for breakfast or have any utensils for the occasion.

HEALTH HAZARD !!!!!!!!!
This motel was terrible. For starters, when i checked in, they tried to make me pay a $50.00 cash deposit since i was paying with cash. There was nothing said online about a required deposit when paying with cash. Well the friendly clerk contacted management he got the deposit waved but the manager made it crystal clear not to make that a habit and or do that again. The desk clerk was the ONLY NICE THING AT THIS MOTEL !!!!!! Well all 4 rooms had big issues, with that being said, the 4th room was a little better than the other the deposit they tried to make me pay, for starters the 1st room i went into had a broken mirror next to the entry door, the heater in that room would not heat and was already cold outside and was forecast to get in the lower 30s. The other rooms had a combination of a leakey toilet that looked like it was going to come off the floor at any time, nasty stained floors by the entry door, real bad cigarette smoke smell and this property advertizes as a smoke free property, the shower head in one bathroom had real bad mold on it !!! AND THIS PROPERTY ALSO ADVERTISES THAT COVID PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE - THAT ISA COMPLETE LIE, THEY DONT EVEN KEEP IT CLEAN. THEY WERE GONNA MAKE ME PAY A DEPOSIT TO PAY FOR EVERYONE ELSES BROKEN THINGS AND THATS WRONG I WON'T GO BACK !!!!! THIS MOTEL IS IN A HUGE NEED OF AN INSPECTION. AND OH, THE 3RD ROOM WAS NOT EVEN MADE OR CLEANED, SOMEONE HAD VOMITED IN THE SINK AND LEFT IT.

The room was dirty and smelled very bad. It was not clean. We had to go to Walmart to buy sheets to put on the bed because I was too scared to lie down. There were no towels or soap or shampoo. The ice bucket looked like it should have been disposed of 5 years ago. There was black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed the first night because I was exhausted from my drive. The manager did not agree to refund the entire 2 days that I did not stay there only partialy. Please do not stay here, it is a health hazard.

But the good part was you didn't have to worry about a key because THE DOOR DIDN'T LOCK..we asked several times to fix the door or change the lock or give a new room but no luck?? What else would you expect from a motel 6, even the employees buy into the bad expectations of staying here. The entire building smells like weed and just poorly managed.

Would not recommend this hotel! There were numerous aspects of our room that were not clean at all. We were there 3 nights and no one ever came to clean the room or even switch out dirty towels for clean ones. Room was also warm and muggy even with AC set on 68.

When we checked in Friday at 2:30pm we were told there would be towels brought up soon. When we got back at 1:30am we still did not have towels. When we woke up the next day we went to the front desk to get towels and they said they had just put them all in the washing machine. We did get some at about 1 or 2 pm that day.
