Pros: Location, affordibility, breakfast
Cons: Improvement on the facility as a whole is not a factor. Addressing customers with a good attiude(desk clerk at check out) is something to work on.
Check in process went smooth. Our first room had issues with the toilet but we were given another room in a timely manner(efficient staff) The second room had a large black stain on the carpet in front of the full length mirror, just unsightly to look at other wise no harm. Request for late check out easily accomidated. Desk clerk on Sat. check out seemed a little put out to be at work but wasn't rude.

Pros: Quiet rooms
Cons: Nothing
Location: It was a business trip with a local doctor.
I arrived at the Best Western and was very well taken care of. The staff was polite and helpful and gave me a discount card to use at a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The hotel assisted me in getting a cab to travel to my visit with a local doctor I needed to see. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable. Guy R. Veilleux

Booked this hotel based on positive reviews-was very disappointed. Staff didn't seem happy to ask questions or help. Breakfast had few choices, and among them warm yogurt cups and grey looking waffle batter. Tired looking small room. Dirty pillow cases. Had we not booked and paid for 3 nights we would had been out of there.

At check in, we were moved from first floor traffic area to the third floor. Much quieter but half of the floor is smoking so as soon as you got to the floor, it stunk like cigarette smoke and felt dirty. Rooms and breakfast were average. Pool was very small and since there were some kid's cheerleading squads staying there for a competition, there was no room for adults. No hot tub.

Good hotel for a night.

It served its purpose. Always nice to have some breakfast options. I love having a fridge in the room. The pillows weren't the softest and I came in to run a race and could only extend a late check-out to 12:30pm.
