Hotel is ok
Hotel is ok, good service and very helpful and friendly staff. Wifi is quite bad. Gym is very crowded. Junior suite doesn't work the value. Breakfast is pretty bad, food and service can be improved a lot.

At first we were given a room that was frankly unacceptable. The hotel dates back 40 years and nothing had been done to that room. The plumbing was in terrible condition. And there was mould on the bathroom However, after we expressed our disappointment, the Staff was most gracious an put us in a suite that had been upgraded.

Only stayed overnight and it would have been good except we couldn't get WiFi in our room. Worked in the hall and the lobby. Carlos tried hard to help but...……...

Wifi was broken on my floor. First staff member never showed up to help me. Went downstairs and got a reluctant person to help. Never worked right.

Not keeping what was promised !
To start with, breakfast was good. Biggest letdown: The mini safe where completely missing. Minibar was there, but contained just one empty glass Noisy room, could be because we could seen through the door out to the hallway.

Primero negaron tener mi reserva y me querian cobrar un diferenciado, cuando habiendo contratado en el lugar me hubiese costado mucho mebos que lo abonado en la aplicacion Las habitaciones muy pobres No volveria nunca

Although the hotel is a bit oldish, which shows in several parts, the stay there was pleasant. Nice comfortable rooms, secure parking, quiet. I would stay there again.

Me pareció muy bueno el desayuno. Cuando fui a hacer el check-out el recepcionista quería cobrarle a mi amigo, para quien yo había reservado y pagado junto con la mía, la segunda habitación. Esto no correspondía pues ya estaba pagado con Expedia

Excellent emplacement face au parc. Parking securise et voiturier. Personnel efficace et attentionné. Hotel impeccable. Les chambres et les lits sont immenses. Grande Salle de bain produits de courtoisie nombreux. Serviettes de bain, serviettes pour les mains, tapis de bain. Si vous utilisez vos serviettes de bain pour la piscine, la dame d'etage vous les change de suite. Piscine, sauna et salle de sport. Petit dejeuner buffet complet tres copieux. Je recommande vivelent cet hotel.
