“Cold and broken”

TV remote didn't work, phone cord was shorted out, pubic hair in the shower, no heat and big gap in the top of the door where the wind whistled in. I called front desk about the heat and they informed me that the main system wouldn't come on until outside temp was below 53. The next morning they told me I could have asked for a space heater - little late. They could have offered the heater when I inquired about the heat and requested more blankets. Not good.

“I couldn't figure out what was going on!”

My family was there over the labor day weekend. We were surprised at how many people were in the pool. After observing for awhile we realized that there were lots of people sharing only a couple rooms. My estimate would be 30-40 people sharing 2-3 rooms. They even brought there own BBQ grill! They monopolized the entire area. This was not fun for us, the paying customer! Management had to be aware of this, however it was allowed to continue until the pool closed. We liked everything else about our stay, but we won't be back!

“Very Surprised”

We chose this hotel because of it's location as we had an early morning flight to catch. We were very much surprised at how well the room/suite was decorated and how comfortable the layout of the room turned out to be. We're planning on staying here in the future as a get-away destination. The hotel and grounds (including the pool area) were very nice.

“Would try another next time”

No real problems with the room, but the location is not very good. There aren't any real restaurants within walking distance...and the one onsite is not very good. Biggest beef was the pool. It was murky and a tad green....I was looking forward to swimming during an Arizona summer, but did not even get in the pool. For that reason alone, I would not go back to this hotel.

Area recommendations

Recommend downtown Tucson....it's much closer to the "action" and more to do.

“Great location, less in quality”

This hotel is located right next door to the Tucson airport, literally a 5-minute walk, but shuttle service is available and reliable. Hotel was clean and in need of repairs and updating. Issues: Lobby ceiling was leaking onto the carpet. When I reported it to the desk clerk, no action was taken. I put a wastebasket under the leak myself which I saw was moved back later. Pool was dirty and needed skimming and treatment. My room a/c was very cold and there was no way to adjust it other than turn it off completely--not so great in the desert. Hotel is great for the location but less than I would expect for a Raddison

“Great price, great service, Very clean!”

We enjoyed the breakfast! For a good price, we had a nice, clean room and a hearty breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again happily!

“Nice Hotel Bad Customer servicee *1”

My overall experince with this hotel was pretty good. Nice stay with my kids and family went swimming nice breakfast in the morning. All staff but one lady made it very miserable at the very begining. I wish I had her name to put it up on this post but I was so mad I had to walk away before the rest of the stay was ruined for my kids.

“Probably will not go back, there are other hotels in the same area.”

Stayed here before and forgot this hotel has the outdoor courtyard with pool and all rooms opened to the courtyard. The person at the front desk gave me a floor plan with the wrong directions to my room so I had to drag my 2 wheeled bags through the several sets of doors in both directions. Then the room door would not open and I had to go back to the lobby. A maintenance guy went back to the room with me and announced the door spring was broken and the handle had to be in the horizontal position to unlatch when the key card deactivated the lock. He said he would fix it after I left.
