“Would stay again.”
Nice place recommend. Quiet.
“wonderfull”
great quiet location with great views and privacy suites are fully equipped and very comfortable, next time in tucson this is the place im staying
“Arizona surroundings”
Comfortable and clean room with extras like refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Located in mountain area, great for walking and sightseeing. Pleasant environment. Would return, rates were reasonable for this trip.
“Not very nice, would not recommend!”
Had to catch a shuttle everywhere. Bathroom light woudn't turn off. TV had bad reception. was just not very nice.
“Down from Flagstaff to visit UofA”
Nice location, Room was small and had very small window did not take advantage of the view but is probably more energy efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Starr pass is a very nice area and it is easy to get to downtown or campus. Not sure that I would rate this hotel a 4 star maybe 3 or 31/2.
“Very pleasant place”
The Starr Pass Suites is very close to the area of town that we like, and we stay there whenever we are in Tucson. The hotel rooms are a bedroom attached to a Suite, which are REALLY nice, but not in our price range. The hotel rooms are basic and functional, with a fridge and microwave. The windows are small so the rooms are somewhat dark, but in hot Tucson, that is not so bad. One strange thing - the internet cable is next to the bed, not at the desk, so if you plan on doing extensive computer work, bring an extension internet cable.
“pretty good, could be better”
Whereas I did not complain, the people in the next room were very loud. It was not late enough in the evening or early enough in the morning to affect sleep, but it was annoying. The internet access went out for a short time, but they fixed it in a reasonable time frame.
“Can't wait to go back!”
Great resort in Tucson! Casita was exceptional quality, cleanliness, equipped, comfortable, and location. Our patio opened to the desert with nature coming to our door steps. Staff was awesome. They provided exceptional service always. Even went the extra mile to find a Ethernet cord that I could connect my notebook too. Finally, the location was incredible within the national park with saguaro's every where. It was within minutes of wineries and other places of interest. Cannot wait to get back anytime of the year!
“Should have been better”
Far from dowtown and amenities.Nice grounds and golf course, but the pool was covered with plant material that made it uninviting. Check in location was not very easy to find, but check in was very quick. The room was a typical hotel room with no options but to settle for 2 double beds. The furniture was tired and mismatched. The bathroom was clean but in need of an upgrade. We were pleasantly surprised a mini kitchen was also available but the dishes were not clean and indeed we had to wash the coffee cups and glasses where lip marks were still visible. The next day our dirty dishes were in the same condition, but placed back in the cupboard. We obviously had to repeat the washing process. We informed the front desk of this upon check out and received a tacit insincere apology and their pat invitation to fill out their online customer satisfaction survey. When I indicated they would definitely hear from me, the desk clerk seemed surprised I would answer that way. We will not be staying there again unless facility and personnel upgrades are made.
“Sonoran Desert”
Nice place, a little bit away from anything else
