“Embassy Suites - Williams Center”

Overall the stay was quite enjoyable. The made-to-order breakfast was second-to-none and quite good. The customer service was also top notch. The only complaint would be on the condition of the room. Some of the baseboards and wall trim were showing wear. Also, the bathroom door was a little dirty. Overall a very positive experience. This has been my second stay at this hotel and I would stay there again without reservation.

The hotel room was very quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with complimentary cooked to order omelets and eggs. I would stay at this property again in the future.

Relatively inexpensive and you get a full breakfast included in the price. Didn't go in but the pool looked really nice and the hotel is in a good location. Also very quiet sleeping at night. Would definitely stay there again.

“Must be the best deal in Tucson”

We had a great experience at the Embassy Suites. The room was spacious and comfortable, except the couch cushions were worn out. The staff was very accommodating. The grounds were very attractive and well maintained. The location was very convenient. The free breakfast (real breakfast, not make-it-yourself) and the manager's reception/happy hour with complementary beverages and snacks were fantastic. We could not have been happier with this choice of hotel

“Great amenities!”

The mattresses weren't comfortable, but the free made-to-order breakfasts, lovely pool and spa, and nightly manager's happy hour more than made up for them!

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel is nicely located near shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are spacious, but the carpet needs cleaning and the fabric on the chair and sofa needs to be replaced.
