Disappointed stay at an overall good hotel
Have stayed at this hotel quite a few times during the years. This time i had to check in very early in the morning, around 2am. I get to the hotel and there is nobody at the check-in desk. I look around.. nobody. I check with the guy at the lobby bar and eventually this guy summons someone to the check-in desk. I get to the room. It’s COLD. Much much colder than in the corridors and everywhere else. I try turning the AC to heat, no luck. Now I’m trying to get some help, but nobody is answering the front desk phone. Not a positive experience overall. There also was a very noisy fan in the bathroom that would make this cricketing sound.

disappointing experience
It was 2d stay in this hotel, first one was about 5 years ago, and this one was really dissapointing. We had to change room 3 times during 6 night stay. At first we had room in the cottage, room doors are made of thin metall, and are unable to reduce noize, during the night at 3:15 AM some birds started to make noise, it was so loud as if the bird was in our room, we where unable to sleep. Hotel offered another room in the nearby cottage, but it had same low quality door, so bird sounds where heard at the same level. Hotel was unable to provide us another room till the third day. In the main building we had no problems with the sounds, but on the next day broke air conditioning, we had to move again, cause they could not repair it. People on the reseption are cold and unfrendly, especialy men. Hotel didn't had a termometer, thou everyone had it during covid, so we had to buy one ourselves in the vilage, when my pregnant wife felt herself bad after staying in the room with not working aircon. Hotel builds new cottages, so terrytory is dirty and small. Rooms require repairs in many small things. Also we didnt like that casino in the hotel has no non-smoking hall, we don't smoke, and where unable to stay in such a smoky place. Positive in the hotel are swimming pool and food, they are of good quality, everything else was a dissapointment this time and its the last time fo shure - Marriott is no logher what it used to be...

walk from the main hotel to the top floor of the cottages was far and many steps that were still iced over. The service in the restaurant was very slow and the food average.

Hotel is placed in a nice setting and relaxing. Staff is friendly and helpful but seam to lack leadership by proper management. We realised that this is not a hotel for a summer getaway but more suited for a weekend trip.

Marriott Property overall was nice, but we have a bad experience on the day of check-in our hotel booking rooms were with Balcony and Mountain View...But Hotel kept insisting the booking show no Balcony & no view... Luckily we were carrying a printout which clear showing room features
