We chose this hotel because of other reviews. It's very clean and comfortable. Rooms similar in size to those in the U.S. The air conditioning works well, the bathroom is nice with the traditional small shower, the internet is fee-based, and parking is free and secure in a garage. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice as there were limited choices within walking distance. The prices were fair and the food is fine, but nothing special. Overall, we were satisfied with the choice. It's clearly one of the nice hotels in the area.
We arrived late and the manager of the Hotel was there to greet us, even though the plane was delayed. Every day the reception, the waiting staff, and other members of the team were on hand to help and answer any query we had to do with sight seeing, dinner arrangement or similar (by the way the food was EXCEPTIONAL and even though one of the chefs was in awe of Gordon Ramsey, the dishes and meals the hotel team of chefs produced was second to none - both at breakfast time and dinner which you could also book to have on the premises).
The hotel boasts of the quiet ambiance and tranquillity it imparts and this is very much the case - it is an ideal place to relax when coming out from a busy pace of life and work, be it lazing by the pool in the shade or full sun or strolling round the green premisses. It is an oasis of calm and crickets which do not take a break during the hottest part of the day, with a clear sky you can observe the stars effortlessly during the evening. It also hosts wedding ceremonies and we were kindly shown the preparations for the one taking place the Saturday of our departure (they were hosting 3 over the whole weekend!) - it was a truly enchanting environment, decorated and organised to the highest degree to please the customers. If we were to get married again, we would have no doubts about having our reception there! Overall, a fabulous experience - just what we needed for a week in Puglia.
Staying at this hotel literally one of my best experience travelling to Italy.
-Right on the water. They beach is just across the street
-Everything is nearby! The station (Mola di Bari), supermarkets (lidl & local), Kebabs, Italian Eateries on the water
-Clean rooms and bathrooms. Cozy size, balconies with a lovely sea view and great TV
-Delicious breakfast. It included pastry to start, your drink (tea etc.), juice (try the ace), and cheese and ham plate. It was great and the gentleman who serves the food is too nice
-*** Phenomenal staff and management. Their service blew me away and was on par with US standards of service. I would say that they should be a 4 star hotel. They even allowed us to use their bikes to see mola di bari. One instance which sets them apart is that there was a misunderstanding about the train station pick up (its at mola di bari station not bari!) and it was supposed to cost us 80 euros for the taxi. We showed her that expedia said it was complementary but failed to mention a location and that it wasn't her fault and management waved the taxi ride graciously. From experience, any other Italian hotel wouldn't have done that and thats what sets them apart.
Don't think twice about this hotel. These guys deserve to be in business. Its a wonderful experience and I recommend it to my all my friends who travel to Italy

Immensely helpful and friendly staff from check -in to chamber maid to wait staff. The resort is lovely, quiet in October, immaculately clean and the food is very good (all 3 meals). I highly recommend this as your base if you plan to explore Puglia.

Selected this hotel pretty much by chance, so a little apprehensive prior to travel despite good reviews, but needn't have worried as hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. Hotel a little tucked away, but easy to find as well sign-posted. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with good English. Hotel, grounds and pool complex very well maintained and very well laid out. Room and en-suite bathroom furnished to a high standard with ample cupboard space. Very clean. Superb hotel restaurant in a lovely setting. Excellent food and a good wine list, all very reasonably priced. The one negative is the lack of other restaurants and entertainment in the near vicinity, but this is more than made up for by the peace and tranquility of the hotel grounds and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Quiet, luxurious, ideally situated for old town."
We stayed just one night after arriving at Bari airport on an evening flight, so reached the hotel about 9.45 pm. After a friendly, professional reception ,we were quickly shown to a very comfortable room . Amazingly quiet, clean, well-appointed. In the morning, had excellent buffet breakfast. (To nitpick, the coffee was not quite as hot as I like, but range of food was impressive and good quality). We had parked the hire car in the hotel secure car park overnight; cost 20 € but lasts till 1 pm and so enabled us to spend the morning walking round the old town. I would certainly use the hotel again.
It's a 4-star hotel in every way. The staff was very formal and efficient in everything they did, from checking us in to serving us breakfast. The breakfast was a sumptuous feast of pastries, yogurt, fresh croissants, meats and cheese. There was one slip up when the head manager scolded the night manager for giving us a beautiful room with a balcony when we only paid Expedia rates. He must have assumed we didn't understand Italian. However we enjoyed long walks on the beach, strolls through the most authentic old town citta vechia, talking to fishermen on the shore, and an overall ambiance of peaceful delight. After three nights we walked to the train station to head to Bari for a Mediterranean cruise.
