Awesome view of the Adriatic from the dining balcony. Great breakfast. Front desk employees were ultra helpful and friendly.

The property was OK for a last minute, late night check-in, but we we surprised to have an intercity train line right outside our window! The windows did a good job to insulate the noise, but we had to keep them open because the room was stuffy and overheated. The staff were great and directed us to nearby food options as the on-site restaurant was closed for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was simple and good.

We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms, it was small and compact, ok for a one night stay, the train runs at the back of the hotel but it didn’t stop me from sleeping, we just stayed overnight on our first night after arriving in Italy before moving on the following morning. This hotel is basic but was adequate for our one night stay, it is about 10 minutes from the airport

The hotel is nowhere near Bari, it’s extremely run down the rooms are not sound proof nor clean they are disgusting and need to be completely re decorated as for the breakfast the worst I have ever experienced! No fresh milk and microwave omelette 😱

Nice hotel with a lovely pool. Very close to the beach and airport. Staff was friendly and very helpful in suggesting places to visit. We requested airport transfer to the hotel and it was provided. Breakfast was also good.

Choose the side with no trains.
Nice service, all staff being so friendly and supportive. Location of hotel is near railway which makes long staying uncomfortable. Choose the side with no trains! Pool was not opened but the hotel has a very nice outside area.

Easy Airport Stay
Lovely hotel stay and incredibly close to the airport. Although it is a beach hotel, it’s a few minutes walk to the beach rather than being physically attached to it. It has a small pool and as per the regular Ibis chain, is very simple rather than luxurious.

Good value for money and close to Bari airport.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. All areas seemed to have a reasonable level of cleanliness too. The hotel is very close to a train line and there were about 5-10 fast trains an hour during the Friday although we did not hear these at night. Unfortunately we had a noisy group in the room next to us which did disturb our sleep somewhat but this is not the fault of the hotel and we did not raise the issue with them. We did not use the swimming pool although it looked nice - be aware that swimming caps are required which can be purchased from the hotel for €2 each. The restaurant was clean and convenient.

Room was excellent, modern and clean. Service requested (cable TV! ) was prompt & courteous. Breakfast was excellent, eaten in an open, pleasant dining room. Dinner service was terrible. Location great, with a car - near to Adriatic, towns, and city [Bari). Not a good place for those without a car. Beautiful Adriatic views from our small terrace, but no real beach. Beautiful pool, closed for the season when we were there in October.

Nice hotel in quiet area
Nice, clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Close to the beach but beach is rocky and dirty, definitely not for kids. Shops are faraway definitely you will need a car. Breakfast 10/10.

I was not pleased with this hotel. It's old, dingy, next to a tallest line, the beds are awful and the room was not inspected as the curtains would not close - so we slept with bright external lights coming into our room. The bathroom was old and had a damp smell - no fan. The reception when we arrived was odd, cold and aloof. Everywhere else in Italy was awesome. There is no view and the hotel is not on the beach. The oddest thing I have about this hotel is their rules - a full page of what is prohibited - this was unprofessional and quite frankly distasteful and unnecessary. I would not recommend this hotel

Overall a fantastic well designed hotel, but the old dirty carpet was a shock! Everything about the hotel was beautiful except for the carpet...old and dirty! Not sure why they haven't removed it.,

Nice hotel within reach of Bari airport
Fernando at reception was very welcoming, helpful and spoke superb English. The hotel has free parking onsite and an immaculate pool with diving at one end. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff helful without exception. The halls and stairways perhaps need a little freshening up but the room itself had airconditioning and the bathroom was spotless. We only spent one night before travelling home, but had an outstandig dinner at a local fish restaurant recommended by Fernando. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere I would certainly recommend it.

The overall experience was good. The pool area was lovely and the staff very helpful and friendly. There were a few minor things but these did not spoil our holiday. Only a few hangers in the wardrobe, the fridge went off when you left the room, plastic cups at breakfast. I did speak to another guest who mentioned these things and said she ask at reception and they were put right. I sure if I had asked about anything the staff would have solved the problem but being British not very good a speaking up.

Be prepared to pay 50 euros for taxi from Bari
Breakfast buffet was quite good; it would have been nice if the one person in charge had offered a little more interest in service -e.g. when told I did not eat ham in my omelette, assuring me that there was no ham (it was quite apparent that there was ham). A second cup of coffee might have been a demonstration of interest in service too. Re transportation, I was told buses were regular and convenient, and ran from Bari until 10.55. I therefore forewent renting a car for my 2-day stay. No-one at the bus/train terminal knew of a bus to the hotel road. I was told to take the train to Giovinazzo. There, no-one knew of a bus to the hotel. Finally after asking in 3 bars, buying much unneeded coffee and walking over a kilometer, I found a correct bus stop for the hotel, and waited a further 45 minutes for the bus. Altogether from airport to hotel took 4 hours. The following day I bought a bus ticket to Bari, and was given the bus schedule of returning from Bari, including the last bus. It never came. I waited an hour, then at midnight gave up and called a taxi. 50 euros. The reason I chose the hotel was to swim in the pool. Although the pool was full of water, it was not clean, and management told me it was too cold to use till May, when it would be cleaned. More generally, the carpets in both the public spaces and the room were shabby, frayed and exceptionally stained, even for a 3-star hotel, let alone a hotel pretending to be 4-star. Perhaps enough said...

Clean, smart, corporate hotel in Suburbs.
Pool is open during day and good condition. The staff were very polite and helpful. All spoke excellent English. There are no other bars or places to eat near by, unless u have a car. The main restaurant was closed for a corporate event. Front desk helpfully arranged for meal at near by Pizzeria, good quality; however there is no real 'life' around unless u have a car. Ideal though if only waiting to get a flight home the next day. We stayed here before catching a

Very Nice!
We spent the night at Hotel President on our way to Bitonto. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us find a charming restaurant to eat at in Giovinazzi. The rooms were comfortable but walls are thin. Breakfast was very good.

OK, but not 4 Star
The hotel is a bit off the beaten track and the greeenery in carpark/outside areas is overgrown. Areas of the hotel are "tired" and nothing is evident to suggest a 4 star rating, save, perhaps, the reception staff, who were excellent. There is a trainline close by creating a fair bit of noise.

Did find this hotel a little hard to find but very nice when you get there. Train tracks right behind hotel but found the noise disappeared after being there a short while. Nice meals in restaurant. Plenty of parking in hotel grounds.

Hotel stuff is serious and very friendly. Good for a single night. Avoid if you do not have a car or pre-arranged transportation. Free parking is a plus. Next to the train tracks.

Budget Hotel with basic accomodation needs.
Hotel stuff is great but this is the only great thing. The hotel is next to the train tracks and you wake up around 6:45 with the first one. It is OK to spend one night to catch an early flight etc. The outside pool is in good condition but forget the sea.

Not really impressed with the hotel. None of the reviews mention the train line running 15m behind the hotel, the internet would not work in our room, the breakfast selection was basic, the dinner menu was even more so. The hotel is not actually in Bari, probably my fault for not checking, but it came up listed second when I searched "hotels in Bari". It is a 25 minute bus ride or a 35 euro taxi ride from the city. 2.5 out of 5 at best...

Beautiful pool, warm sea
This is an elegant hotel where the staff will probably be able to do anything you like to make your stay better. Breakfast comes with a sea view and coffee is made specially for you. On request, my daughter was given unlimited use of a computer is a secluded room. The pool was delightful and the hotel was very good value.
