Was very disappointed. Their restaurant "The Bistro" sucked, opened at 6:30 am at 6:34 ( 2nd in line) they were out of 3 of the 5 breakfast items on their menu. We ordered and 1 1/2 hours later still no food, claimed they were swamped. Difficult time getting money back for food not received

Stayed at this hotel because of the convenience of all the amenities - on site bar/rest. Unfortunately, the bar staff was untrained and didn't provide the quality of service I'm used to while staying in this type of hotel. Ended up eating at a Ruby Tuesdays' - Could have just stayed at the adjacent hotel with no amenities.

Rooms, upkeep and staff were great. Only thing that was missing was free breakfasts, or fresh coffee made available to hotel guests. Don't think the hotel bistro makes much money with all the nearby breakfast choices that are much cheaper. So they could instead offer the guests a lite continental breakfast and draw more guests away from more expensive Hampton next door. I would definitely come back here, the rooms are very nice and the available laundry room is a real plus too.
