The hotel is ok with one or two very good and a lot of clueless staff. Manager is somewhat insensitive. Langugage was the primary barrier I think. Food needs to be more diverse. Breakfast is good. Dinner needs attention and depends on your luck. Someday it can be very good, and the other day it's not edible. It's pretty close to the sea (less that 2 min walk). Spa is ok, but not open for 24/7. Staff at the reception is somewhat clueless. Hiring a few professionals and doing a few transformation can elevate this place to the next level.
The counter staff was very warm in welcoming and the restaurant staff was courteous too. They ensured I got the things I wanted with some little extra effort. The beach is across the road and small shops for souvenirs, basic groceries(if u require any), a money changer, restaurants are a hop away. They arranged for a driver to take me around and he was very resourceful. Value for money!!
