Clean but very basic accommodation
Very disappointed with accommodation initially. We were placed facing a huge rock which blocked out light we were also located few meters from a disco which we were disturbed by at night. This was particularly disappointing as we chose Gravina Resort as it was supposed to be quiet. I asked to move the next day and initially was told this was unlikely. However we were told later that day we could move to another apartment. We were very relieved to move and the new apartment was much better (quieter ). Also be aware that in addition to the cleaning and utility charges you are advised of in advance you may be expected to also pay for bed linen and towels. We were initially asked to pay for these but in the end weren’t charged. Overall it’s clean basic accommodation and you definitely need a car to get out and about.

First of all, when we came to the hotel, we have not been even welcomed to this place. I mean, people from reception literally started to ask our names and reservation number without greeting to their resort. We were surprised to find out there that you have to pay for towels, but this is one thing, also you have to pay for bedsheets and pillow covers too!! Ridiculous! I understand that this is the resort, but paying even for bedsheet is unbelievable. That was the first time when we had to pay for the essentials that must be included in the price which is also quite expensive for the place which is not in walking distance to the beach or restaurants. Although I sent a message and kindly requested 1st-floor apartment, we received our flat on the ground floor which was disappointing because what is the reason to send special request 3 months before and then not to receive a desirable place because of availability. I think they might manage it more properly with special requests. Apartments are in a good condition but with poor facilities inside. Bathroom needs to be renovated and make at least two hangers to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. In the shower, there was a broken thing where you usually put a shower head and the water smell was disgusting. Also, while I was cooking in the kitchen, a cockroach came from one of the shelves! That was terrible to find out!!!

Disappointed w/hiding fees and checkin time
Very disappointed with the Hotel and Expedia, since the price did not include additional fees as cleaning, towels and enery per day. I received and email with this info, however, i made the reservation according to the price in the expedia. The check in must be done between 5pm to 8pm, otherwise, you have to pay EUR 20. I received a call from the receptist telling me that if i dont arrive on time they will charge.

Sejour de 5 jours. Accueil moyen. Logement propre, mais sans deco. Coin cuisine, mais couverts hypothetiques, pas de cafetiere. Gros point negatif: sangliers qui se nourissent des poubelles eventrees qui passent devant l appartement et au bord de la piscine.

Virkelig beskidte omgivelser med skrald overalt. Forstår godt folk måske smider deres skrald da der ingen skraldespande var. Vildsvin og katte overalt, og især ved skraldet. Meget svært at kommunikere med receptionen, omring virkelig dårlig seng til 5 person. Her kan ingen under 10 år sove,

Nach anfänglichen Problemen beim Einchecken (interne Komunikation) durch Entgegenkommen des Managements einen perfekten Urlaub verbracht! Neben der traumhaften Lage war die absolute Ruhe dafür mit ausschlaggebend (Nebensaison) Großzügiges Appartement, bequem, sauber. Besonders freundliches Management! Werden wieder kommen.

Per la prima volta nella mia vita, nonostante avessi pagato anticipatamente, sono andato via dopo soli 2 giorni contestando interamente il servizio. Condizioni differenti e discriminanti per chi ha prenotato da Expedia o Booking In fase di richiesta delle prime informazioni riguardanti la struttura ci hanno informato che per chi prenota attraverso un intermediario, l’accesso ai servizi del resort non sono compresi. Allo stesso modo, nel momento in cui abbiamo informato della nostra volontà di terminare con anticipo la nostra vacanza, considerata l’insoddisfazione verso la struttura, ci hanno informato che per chi ha prenotato mediante intermediari non è prevista alcuna possibilità di rimborso, a differenza di chi esegue una prenotazione diretta, in quanto l'intermediario procede ugualmente alla fatturazione della provvigione. Expedia o Booking dovrebbero essere visti come un fondamentale costo di marketing erogato nei confronti della struttura, e non come elemento discriminatorio relativamente ai servizi resi nei confronti dei clienti. Servizi non all'altezza, pubblicità ingannevole Il nome Resort evoca un livello di servizio ben lontano da quello che è stato recepito, richiamando condizioni di benessere e lusso che non hanno attinenza con la realtà. Allo stesso modo le immagini riportate sui siti intermediari sono notevolmente fuorvianti.

es ideal para desconectar y descansar pero estuvimos conociendo la isla y esta lejos de los lugares obligados de ir...El apartamento esta bien de tamaño, hay que quejarse de la limpieza que te lo entregan sucio y con la ropa de cama sucia y encima te cobran 60E de limpieza (algo incongruente) y tb queja de los utensilios del apartamento, pocos.Al hacer el checkin llegamos después de las 22:00 y nos cobraron 20E....aparte te cobran 7e diarios de gastos(de alucinar) Tiene piscina para después de las excursiones que hicimos. Sehr schlechter Geruch im Bad, Gläser und Besteck nicht akzeptabel, keine Weingläser (5 unterschiedliche kleine Gläser, die Qualität des Bestecks ist Stand von 1960), unbefriedigende Küchenausstattung (Kochen war nicht möglich), Bettwäsche und Handtücher kosten extra, darauf sollte vorher hingewiesen werden.

Relax e tranquillità.
Costa Paradiso è molto suggestiva. La struttura in posizione molto bella, anche se un po' fuori mano, e non vicinissima alle spiaggie: comunque perfetta per chi ama la tranquillità. Abbiamo soggiornato in un bilocale: ampio, pulito e bene attrezzato con terrazzo vista mare e piscina. Piuttosto singolare dover pagare (cari) lenzuola e asciugamani come extra: a questo va aggiunto anche il costo della pulizia finale; quindi il conto coplessivo lievita e non di poco. Complessivamente un piacevole soggiorno. Ci tornerei: magari portando lenzuola e asciugamani da casa!!

Fantastico!
Siamo stati al Gravina dal 9 al 23 agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Costa paradiso è molto bella, si tratta di una zona piena di villette private e residence, con zone di negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. All'interno di costa paradiso c'è anche uno sporting club con piscina, campo da tennis,animazione, parchetto per i bambini e ristorante. Il Gravina ha le piscine per ogni gruppo di appartamenti e rimangono così poco affollate. La piscina è accessibile anche di notte in quanto con luce. Lo staff è molto gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Non si tratta di un Hotel, non ci si deve dunque aspettare una reception 24 h su 24h, ma sicuramente estenderei l'orario di permanenza dello staff. Ad ogni nodo, come nel nostro caso, se si avvisano in anticipo, restano a disposizione fuori normale orario, come per esempio per il nostro arrivo che è stato alle 23. Non è una struttura di lusso, ma è nuova e gli arredi, i muri e il resto sono nuovi e tenuti molto bene. Ottima la pulizia. Nonostante il periodo, non abbiamo trovato il posto caotico, in quanto molto grande. Gli appartamenti sono a doppia esposizione e quindi ventilati. Non c'è bisogno di aria condizionata. E' presente il wi-fi gratuito per ogni appartamento. Ci diamo trovati davvero bene! Consiglio sicuramente!

Sitio bonito pero mal ubicado
Los apartamentos están bien cuidados y tienen buenas vistas, si buscas desconectar y no moverte es perfecto pero en nuestro caso nos defraudó mucho la ubicación ya que para ir a "zonas con vida" para cenar, tomar algo o ir a cualquier cala tienes que desplazarte en coche por malas carreteras con mucha curva y hacer bastantes kilometros. Si pretendes conocer la isla más allá de la zona donde te alojas no lo recomiendo.

Struttura eccellente in tutti gli aspetti. Le uniche pecche le abbiamo riscontrate nella pulizia degli utensili da cucina (pentolame, posate e piatti trovati sporchi da precedenti ospiti). Altra pecca mancanza di spazi con animazione e ritrovo se non quelli privati nei quali anche per andare a prensersi un caffè bisognerebbe pagare l'ingresso (5 €. al giorno a persona). Per tutto il resto struttura e personale eccellente. Gradita disponibilità e cortesia dimostrata dalla ragazza alla reception.

Gravina resort, dejligt sted
Et dejligt resort. Dejlig stor lejlighed. Poolen dejlig, og rart at der ikke er så mange om at dele. Området er meget roligt Området Costa paradiso er meget smukt. Fantastisk solnedgange. Et fantastisk udgangspunkt for ture nordpå og sydpå. Dog skal man være obs på at der kræves bil for at komme rundt. Li cossi stranden er helt specielt. Inden for 15-30 min findes der de mest fantastiske sand strande , hvor vandet er helt fantastisk. Supermarked ca 800 meter væk er vel udstyret men dyrt. 20 min væk i badesi stort supermarked og det er billigt og godt. Vi synes ikke det var et problem at køre for at handle, vi gjorde det gerne når vi havde været på udflugt. Anbefaler nettunsgrotte, castelsardo, Mount limba, s. Teresa hvor der ligger spiaggia bianca. Og cala Reparate, bianca bliver hurtigt fyldt, men der er en fantastisk Vandretur ved stranden. Tur til madeline øerne, li cossi stranden og capo testa valle del Luna er helt fantastisk. Så kom endelig afsted.

Todo lindo pero no alquilen un buzon.
El departamento era comodo para seis personas PEROOOOO.... había 1 cuchillo y 2 tenedores (el faltante alguien lo vio?), me cobraron 60 Euros para limpieza y debíamos dejar todo limpio ...????? Nos cobraron las sabanas y las toallas, las camas no tenían colcha o acolchado. O sea, el departamento me salio mas caro que alquilar en Tailandia.

A tester sans hésiter!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans notre appartement : en hauteur la situation de l hôtel vous offre une vue sur la mer depuis le balcon, des couchers de soleil magnifiques pendant les repas, au calme (enfin cela va dépendre de votre voisinage... Peu d intimité sur les balcons). Propre et neuf, l intérieur est bien ammenagé avec clim. Nous avons très bien dormi sur la literie. Vous profiterez de la piscine, seul bémol il n y a pas de parasol. La personne de l hôtel est agréable et disponible. A noter, la récéption est fermée entre 10h et 15h (ouverte jusqu à 20h). Nous recommandons!

Muy bonito aunque con algún que otro "pero"
Nos encantó la localización: había playas alrededor de muy fácil acceso y que son preciosas. Además, la montaña está muy bien para pasear y pudimos ver jabalís (pacíficos). Las instalaciones del hotel estaban muy bien, pero para poder usar el aire condicionado se tenía que pagar, no incluía toallas ni sábanas y además se pagaba un extra de luz (aunque no estubieras en el apartamento en todo el día)... Creo que para el precio que tiene, podría incluir estos servicios porque sentimos que toooodo eran extras a pagar. En general, lo recomiendo pero hay que tener muy en cuenta que el precio sube considerablemente con todo lo que he comentado anteriormente.

Il posto ha delle potenzialità molto alte che non vengono per nulla sfruttate. La struttura di per se eèmolto bella ma ci sono alcune cose che devono essere di gran lunga migliorate. Ad esempio: non vi era aria condizionata nell'appartamento. Inoltre quando siamo arrivate abbiamo trovato il braccetto della doccia rotto. All'arrivo in giro per casa c'erano cose dimenticate dagli ospiti precedenti (lamette e simili) segno che non èstata effettuata una buona pulizia ( si fanno pagare profumatamente per la pulizia finale ). Nel cortile mozziconi di sigarette sparsi sul terreno. La cosa che ci ha più deluso è stato il comportamento della persona che ci ha accolte. Voto 1 al suo comportamento nei nostri confronti e parlo con cognizione di causa in quanto lavoro su navi passeggere e so esattamente come ci si comporta. "No " secchi o risposte del tipo "siete in 2000 non posso mica ricordarmi di voi" non sono ammissibili. Ci sono modi e modi di rispondere ad una persona che ha pagato per usufruire della tua struttura! Da segnalare che bisogna avere un'auto o moto in quanto le distanze sono davvero grandi ed il percorso, se da fare a piedi, non è dei migliori....sopratutto sotto il sole. Consiglio di essere più attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Pas un resort mais résidence de tourisme
Résidence de vacances plus qu'un hôtel. Une petite pièce avec un petit jeune Italien qui vous enregistre et vous indique que la réservation pour 2 nuits n'inclus pas les draps (10 euros par personne), les serviettes de toilette (8 euros), le ménage (60 euros) et, le comble, la consommation d'électricité (50 euros sachant qu'il n'y a même pas la clim). En résumé, nous étions 6 et avons payé 250 euros en plus pour 2 jours !!! Pas de négociation possible : il est employé et a des consignes. Attention donc à ces suppléments qui doublent quasiment la note. C'est dommage car résidence avec petits bâtiments et piscines privatives pour chaque lot. Idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de Costa Paradiso, magnifique région de Sardaigne. Voiture indispensable. Appartements très bien équipés. Le canapé lit pour 2 personnes n'est pas très confortable. Pas de climatisation.

Die Lage ist sehr interressant, inmitten wilder Steinlandschaft. Allerdings ist ein Auto unabdingbar ! Das Appartement war ziemlich neu möbliert, sehr groß, 2 Sz und 3 Balkone. Allerdings ist der Hauptbalkon immer auf den Pool ausgerichtet .... und dort ist Party von früh bis Nachts ! Nur für Familien mit Kinder zu empfehlen ! Nichts für Ruhe suchende oder Romantiker ;-)

Complesso nuovissimo in posto incantevole
Vacanza con la famiglia. Il posto nn è proprio vicinisso a paesi, il più vicino è Isola Rossa. La zona è cmq fantastica, estesa, verde e con servizi di ristoro, market, farmacie ecc....appartamento ampio e arredato con gusto moderno...ampie vetrate e ampio portico affacciati su zona piscina.

Schöne Ferienwohnungen
Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnungen mit wundervollem Blick auf das Mittelmeer mit den schönsten Sonnenuntergängen. Schöne Strände in der Nähe aber nur mit Auto erreichbar. Für diese Ferienanlage ist ein Auto zum Einkaufen und für Gaststättenbesuche erforderlich.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in queste villette, ben arredate anche se mancava ogni tanto qualcosa e dovevamo chiederla alla reception come i cuscini, le coperte perché c'era molto vento, oppure il cambio del divano letto per poter far dormire una persona decentemente però per il resto è un bellissimo posto dove potersi rilassare

Gute Anlage in spektakulärer Umgebung ! Trotz Hauptsaison kein Massentourismus. Idealer Urlaub für ruhesuchende Gäste. Man wollte uns die gebuchte Unterkunft bei Ankunft nicht geben, statt der Villa sollten wir in einem Apartment untergebracht werden. Die (meisten) Villen verfügen nicht über Privatpools wie angegeben, sondern Gemeinschaftspools ! Wir mussten den Pool mit 2 weiteren Familien teilen. Trotz allem, ein toller Urlaub!
