In regards to the rooms, they cannot be identical. Each one has its own style but all of them are identical to the essential amenities, room size and balcony size, soundproof windows, and private use balcony or window with or without Meteora View depending on the room category. When you required more photos, since only a few pictures are allowed to be uploaded, we have provided all the relevant information, where it is clearly stated what the Double rooms feature. Indeed in your room, there wasn't a headboard for the bed, which gives you a completely different point of you, when entering the room, but still the same room category with the same facilitiesFurthermore, as you mentioned above, you had asked us about a coffee pot or a kettle and we have mentioned that there aren't any, as per the description of the room fully present. We only made a suggestion for the breakfast and you were not obligated to buy one. Moreover, we wanted to point out that mattress firmness and comfort are always subjective and depends on the personal preference of each individual. We would like to let you know that the bed mattresses in our establishment are new so as to provide our guests a comfortable sleeping and we regret to know that this was not according to your preferences. In addition, as we do have an eco-friendly sustainable heating and cooling system, when you first entered the room, miss Toti guided you through the room and established that in order for the A/C to work the windows and the balcony door should be closed, and your card key should be placed in the box.We would like o to point out that Toti Boutique Rooms is built in a traditional Thessalian house which does not feature big balconies but rather small cozy ones. Υet again, this falls under the personal preference of each individual.We are so sorry that your stay with us fell short of expectations. Your comments are well received and your feedback makes us aware of aspects we must improve on, so we thank you for this opportunity.
