"Beautiful hotel with rooftop pool overlooking city"
We were taken care of instantly! The check-in lady spoke english and immediately upgraded our room to a top floor room with a terrace. The room service was brought very quickly and the staff were always friendly and helpful!

The hotel is comfortable and friendly. The breakfast buffet is good and unfussy. The staff quietly get on with things and are very responsive to requests. The parking space is a bit limited. We couldn't get a space the first night, but they found us one for the rest of our stay. It is located on the opposite bank of the river from the main attractions but in a pleasant local area, Triana, and not far to walk to get to the Arenal, the Cathedral etc. we'd certainly use it again.
"So very conveniently located to get to everything"
Absolutely superb from the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left. Staff were extremely friendly and polite and so helpful when there was a problem with flooding in the garage; even to the extent of ensuring no penalty parking ticket was received by us when having to park out in the street.
This is our favourite city and is our eleventh visit. We visited our favourite Tapas bars and did some Xmas shopping. There is plenty for people to see and do in this beautiful city, however we did all the tourist bits many years ago but still marvel at the architecture.
To start off, the staff in this hotel were very nice. The room was very big and had a lot of space for all of our suitcases. The view from our room was a soccer stadium. It has FreeWifi and free parking. The room was very clean and the mattresses were very comfortble, and didn't give me back pain, as well as the pillows. ALSO, since i suffer from hemorrhoids, the toilets were very accomodating. Overall, GREAT hotel.
These apartments are a little bit dated and basic but also reflected in the price, but very clean and as I was staying on my own this holiday, felt safe. Not a big kitchen but enough to have a cuppa first thing before you go out. Towels changed, bathroom cleaned and bed made each day. Can't ask for much more than that.

When booking, realized this hotel was less expensive than we normally book, but was only for one night. Upon check in, we were given a dirty room, then reassigned another. Hollow core doors, with horrible locks - no safe in room. Saw a cockroach scurrying across the hall as we returned to our room for the evening. Wifi was free, but horrible connection. Given only 2 bath towels for a 3 person room, one which was stained. Very loud at night with people and traffic until at least 3:00am.
We stayed in this studio apartment in November '13 and although it was nicely appointed, there are no windows with a view of the outdoors. The only window looks into an open stairwell/courtyard (which you wouldn't open since everyone can see into your apartment.) This open stairwell courtyard results in a very noisy environment, especially in the wee hours of the morning when people are coming back after a night out. Additionally, there was construction going on outside that started at 8 in the morning. We had just arrived from the US the night before so as you can imagine, we were not pleased to be awakened so early by the sound of jack hammers. The landlord was less than understanding and when we said that we were thinking of moving to a hotel, he insisted that we would have to pay for the remainder of our stay anyway. Needless to say, his inflexibility was disappointing and we got the sense that he was just interested in the money not the satisfaction of his guests. I would say all in all, that while the apartment was "cute" (in spite of the lack of windows), we would not stay here again because of the noise.
Across the Guadalquivir from central Seville, Triana once was home to bull fighters, sailors, and Romani. The lively atmosphere persists in the shops and restaurants along Calle Betis. Triana's locally esteemed Iglesia de Santa Ana used to provide higher ground during major floods. Visit in July to experience the Velá Santana festival, a Triana tradition, filled with local specialties.
